Based on Angie's List reports, I selected Touch n Go Collision and Altra 1 for estimates. Both were good experiences. I selected Touch n Go because their estimate was $20 less than Altra 1's, because - in addition - they gave me a $50 coupon to apply to my insurance deductible, and because it's a father/son business. They told me the car would be ready within 2 or 2 1/2 days. Instead, it was ready the very Next day! The work was good. They also buffed some scrapes and put touch up paint on others free of charge, and they gave me a small bottle of touch up paint to take with me. I hope I don't have cause to return again but, if so, that's where I'll go.

The work they did was very good. The entire car had been buffed and the paint job was excellent. The only problem was that we hadn't noticed a repair that was needed and was not included in the estimate (and consequently wasn't done). The frame of the back window was bent and either not noticed, or thought to not be a part of the accident work being fixed. They may still repair it, but it will probably be an additional cost

We emailed the company over the weekend to find out if our car might be eligible for the paintless dent removal. They emailed us back early in the week and responded to another question we had promptly by email. We decided to go to them and they called us to see if we could get the car in to look it over to make sure they could tell us what exactly needed to be done. We brought it in at the end of the week when the paintless dent removal specialist was in. The dent was small enough that they jumped right in and fixed it that morning in about 30 minutes. They were very friendly, professional and responsive. I would definitely take our car there again--but I hope we don't have to.

They had the best price for me. Even before they gave me the estimate, they crawled underneath the car and looked to make sure that there wasn’t some other damage that couldn’t be seen, because they had had some experience with that in the past. I had taken my car to various other providers and while they looked at the outside and gave me a quote, Touch N Go was the only company that checked underneath the car. They took a day longer to do the job than they said they would take. However, they called and told me that they had done everything but that their paint booth was down for the day and so they would be a day late. I have another car that I was thinking of taking up there once all this other stuff was done. Both my wife and I were happy with them.

They were able to repair the window without buying a new glass and do the job under the estimate. They also did a good job, polite, and clean looking shop.

Very smoothly. They were the only one of 3 body shops I went to who looked under the vehicle and found danage there from the impact. When the insurance company tried to avoid replacing a $145 part, they addressed it with them and got them to agree to pay for it. They were done 3 days before the insurance company's rental car was due to expire. I returned the day after I picked it up, with a couple of small concerns and they made it perfect with a great attitude.

They were quite professional, got the work done quickly (as soon as the insurance adjusters got their act together!) and they kept me posted on what was happening. They were friendly and professional in their approach.

Touch and Go was recommended by an auto sales company for my son's RSX. We thought it must be a reputable place when an automotive retailer & service department highly recommends them. We were not let down by the quality of work at all, they did an amazing job. By the time they were done, it looked as if our son had a brand new car. Their estimate was right on, they work with your insurance company so you don't have to pay for it all up front. They even have a VIP program for frequent fliers such as our son! That gives you $50.00 off per occurrence. They are all the friendliest guys you could ever deal with, real "Hoosiers" (in a good way). They actually joked with our son about being there three times, making this sad family a little happier under the circumstances.

They were so easy to work with. They stopped what they were doing to give me an estimate right away.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I went to get an estimate after someone rear-ended my Jaguar convertible. They were fast and thorough, and dealt with the insurance adjuster. They called England (twice) and hunted high and low for my older car's taillight assembly. Since they were painting the back end anyway, I had them paint my whole car. It looks brand new! They took such care to make it perfect, going above and beyond my expectations! When I picked up my car, they had it parked out front under cover for the big reveal. They made me feel like my 15-year-old car was a new Mercedes! They had even detailed the interior. I will never use anyone else for paint or body work, and I can highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a seven month old Miata -- that I stupidly nicked in the rear bumper while getting out of a parking place. The nick was small, but deep -- no paint left at that point. I thought about just filling it in and living with it, but decided to have it redone entirely. Stopped by Touch N Go on a Thursday. Estimator came out and carefully explained what they would do. What I REALLY: liked was that workers other than the estimator came out to take a look and consult. These guys actually seemed interested in the problem and the car -- not just interested in doing the work for compensation. We scheduled the car in for the following Monday and I picked it up on Tuesday. Could not have been happier. They will be my first call the next time I need body work.

Everything went great, they drove me to work, and even dropped my car off at work when they were finished. The new door matches perfectly. I'm very happy with their work.

I dropped the car off at 7:30 as agreed and was driven to work by Mike. I told him that I got off at 4:00 and would call and check on the car at that time and have a co-worker drop me off. I called at 3:50 and was told that Mike had already left to pick me up!! I looked out the window and he was pulling in. He said that the fender turned out about 98% but I could not see any imperfections-it looked beautiful! The car was as clean and shiny as new and smelled wonderful. They even got an oil spot out of the carpet. The trunk was also clean. I had expected to pay as much just to have the fender repaired but now the car is like new inside and out. Thanks to Mike and everyone else at Touch N Go.

They were very courteous and timely. I was very pleased. Insurance helped with cost.

I was very pleased with the service. I got an estimate very quickly; it only took about 15 minutes. Although I did not get competing estimates, I expected it cost more than it did. They started the work when they said they would. The work was finished at the earliest time they told me that it would be finished. The cost was as estimated. The finished work looks great, and Mike was very pleasurable to work with. I will keep them in mind if I need body work again.

He called a subcontractor paintless dent repair guy to come over to look at my car. He came, he gave me a good price, and fixed my car on the spot.

They had to do several things, mostly removing the door, front panel, lower side panel. The ordered several non-metal parts, removed the dents and corrosion from the metal parts, re-painted everything that was dented, and put everything back on as if there was never a problem. Mike and the rest of the teams customer service is outstanding as they always kept me informed throughout the process and returned phone calls thoroughly. The car looks phenomenal, not to mention after they finished the work they gave me a complete exterior detail to make the car look newer than when I purchased it. I would definitely use Touch N Go again & highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent results & customer service.

Superb experience. This was a self-paid (not insurance) service due to having shut a garage door on our van tailgate. From the first visit where I just wanted an estimate, it was clear to me these guys were very up-front about everything. They made sure to warn me of possible surprises that could come up (weren't sure if the dent was repairable the cheap way), so they gave two detailed estimates. They also paid attention to scheduling according to my needs for both possible outcomes. We liked their work so much, and their customer service, that I am taking our other banged up van to them even though we previously had decided we would just live with its dents. For what it's worth, this was a second happy service with them. My wife had been there for collision repair years earlier and I hadn't remembered it; it was she who referred me there.

Damian was very polite and outlined exactly how the repairs would be made. Touch N Go was able to repair the bumpers instead of replacing them, which was a real plus, since we did not use our insurance to pay for this. As usual, we were very impressed with the repair work the paint matched perfectly and the work was excellent. We had our car back in 4 days. We have used this company before and continue to be impressed with their work.

Very reassuring that I didn't have a big problem, took care of it the next day. They seemed to take pride in "getting it right".

Perfectly. I had scraped my mailbox, backing out into the street, shaving off a streak of paint, down to the bare metal and depressing a body panel slightly inward, the mailbox, of course, was unharmed. They provided a detailed estimate and had it done in about a week.

The staff at Touch N Go Collision Center was informative, polite, and professional. Mike Baker was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company when other items needed to be repaired that were not evident at the time of the original estimate. Our care was even ready a day early! We were very satisfied with our experience at Touch N Go, and would definitely use them again.

The guys at Touch 'N' Go were great. They were able to replace just the mirror...Contrary to what the dealership said, I didn't have to purchase a whole new component (mirror and housing). They ordered the part, it came in quickly, they installed it on the spot and buffed-out the paint smudge on the backside of the mirror housing. They were courteous and cost effective.

Once the company discovered that we would be paying for the work ourselves, they did everything possible in order to reduce the costs. They offered suggestions (such as we can save money if we don't have to match the paint exactly, etc.). Since the car was almost 10 years old, we were not as concerned about the paint exactness. It ended up looking ''perfect'' though. I can't tell any difference. We will definitely use this company in the future (as we have 5 kids - and a total of 7 cars between all of us!).
