It went extremely well. The part was ordered and the work scheduled very quickly. It was completed in one day, with the total time from estimate to the completed work only 4 business days. The quality of the work was excellent. Even though it was very small job, I was treated professionally and with courtesy. The work was done on time and for the estimated budget.

When the work was almost perfect, the owner checked it, and touched it up again to make it perfect. They even did extra work on the car, which was not to be fixed on the car originally.

Touch n go worked well with our insurance company, and work was started right away.  The customer service was top notch.  For example, they took the initiative to call me with updates.  Once the work was completed, the car looked impeccable.  When picking the car up, the owner took the time to look over the vehicle and explain the work that was done.  Touch n go went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and delivered a great finished product.

The window trim on my BMW had faded from glossy black to matte black and then gray, at which point the paint started scrubbing off from regular car washes.  Of course my warranty expired a few weeks before this devolution became intolerable so I sought out Touch N Go based on Angie's List reviews.  Touch N Go confirmed what I had read about some of my window trim being permanently attached to the rear window assemblies, which necessitates replacement of the entire rear side window assemblies just to correct the faded paint.  I explained to Chris that I did not want to make a very large investment in this relatively minor cosmetic repair and he carefully examined the trim and advised me that they could paint the existing trim for a substantially lower cost than replacement.  He described what they would do in detail, which left me feeling quite confident in them so I requested the work.  We had a small hiccup in the scheduling but Chris actually got me in a week earlier than promised and the results are great! 
I definitely recommend Touch N Go and while I hope to not need more body work, if I do, I will return.

I have been to this body shop more times than I care to admit. They always do very good work and if it is not perfect the first time, they make it perfect with a smile on their faces. Very friendly and impeccable customer service. The last time they even fixed some shoddy work done by another body shop on a prior occasion, at no additional charge. They are my go-to body shop.

All went very good.  Gave me a very competitive quote...set the date and did repair.  Work was done very well and on time.  They followed up to ensure I was satisfied.  Excellent customer service.

I went to Touch 'N Go because I read they had a great Angie's List rating.  I was pleased that the gentleman in the office could take a look at my car right away and give me an estimate when I stopped by on my way to work.

About two weeks later, I had gotten the approval from the insurance company and took my car in.  I had already been given an estimate for how long the work would take.  Since the manager had known I was coming in, he had already ordered the parts and paint that my car would need for the repairs.

As the men worked, they discovered that there was additional damage that had not been seen when I brought the car in originally.  The manager at Touch 'N Go took care of calling the other insurance company and getting their adjustor to approve this additional work at no charge to me.  I was glad I didn't have to get involved in any of that calling/negotiating.

When I came back after 4 days, my car looked incredible!  It really resembled a shiny new car!  Besides fixing the dents and replacing the appropriate parts, they had also buffed the sides of my car so that a few paint marks and small scuffs that I had caused.  They were gone!

This company was great with communication, performing professional body work, and finishing on time..

Excellent. It was done quickly and very professionally. I also asked about having some scratches repaired. Kevin buffed them for me at no charge. They aren't completely gone but it would have been costly to have them repaired.

Kevin Smith provided an estimate within a few minutes.  The work, which was of high quality, was done on time and within the estimated cost.  Kevin did only the work that was necessary and did not try to sell me extras.  I was treated professionally and with respect, even though it was a small job.

Easy, drop-in estimate when I first arrived, and was given a modified quote by email later in the day after discussion of the first quote on-site led to other possible options.  (I was paying for the work...not the insurance company.)  Called a couple weeks later to schedule work and was given a time only a few days later.  Work was completed on time and UNDER budget, even after a few upgrades were added to the project.  When rental car company was very late to pick me up on Day One, the owner kindly offered to give me a ride to the rental store.
At pick-up (on or slightly ahead of promised time), the car was ready and work had been completed perfectly.  New door fits tightly and evenly (less than 3/8" gap from body on all sides) and paint work on the door shows zero signs of a re-paint, which will be nice at resale time.
Only complaint is the customer reception area is not customer friendly.  Parts deliveries fill much of the space at times, and the strong odor of cigarette smoke (though it could also be paint/chemicals from the shop area) made conducting the business end of the experience an unpleasant, even unhealthy one.  Mothers and children would NOT feel welcome or respected.
That said, the quality of the workmanship and the good value will bring me back for repeat work, and in the big picture are the most important aspects of my near-complete satisfaction with this first experience with Touch-n-Go.

I was rear ended on a tuesday evening. The damage only seemed minor, so the car was still drivable. As I have very little experience with car repairs, I got a list of companies in the area from the insurance adjuster. I got estimates from 2 on the list, but then remembered Angie's List. I picked Touch N Go because they had so many good reviews, and no bad ones. After picking Touch N Go and going there, I preferred them. I left my car the following monday for the adjuster to get with them on the next day. The adjuster approved them, and Kevin said they could start work right away and the car would be ready the following tuesday, if the parts came in quickly. The following tuesday Kevin called to say my car was ready. They did very good work. You can't tell where any work was done as there is no difference in the color of the repainted from the non- repainted sections, and my car is 6 years old. I would definitely recommend them.
The main reason I chose Touch N Go over the others was how Kevin treated me when i asked for an estimate. Even though he did not know if I would have the work done there, he went over the estimate item by item and explained everything to me and why it was needed. The other companies did not. Apart from their doing good work, it was also how comfortable I felt with them.

Estimate only took 30 minutes and scheduled the repairs for a few weeks later.  The repairs took less than a day and the cost was spot on from the estimate.

Obtained an estimate from this company for repairs to our car from massive hail damage. We scheduled our repair work to be done while we were on vacation so we didn't have to deal with a rental car. The only snafu was that they didn't call to tell us the car was ready. They knew we were going to be on vacation so they assumed that we would just come in when we got back. We assumed they would call to tell us it was ready, since they told us the repair could potentially go longer depending on if they found other issues or needed parts. We called on 8/5/2013 before they opened and left a voice mail message but never heard back from anyone. We called back that afternoon and they told us it was ready. We would have picked up the car that morning if we had known it was ready. It wasn't a major issue but just a recommendation to get that sort of thing clarified up front. They did a fabulous job on the repairs and they were super nice to deal with. They even found a few more issues not included in the original estimate that they worked out with our insurance company while we were gone. The car looked almost like new when we picked it up. We highly recommend these folks.
