Touch n go worked well with our insurance company, and work was started right away. The customer service was top notch. For example, they took the initiative to call me with updates. Once the work was completed, the car looked impeccable. When picking the car up, the owner took the time to look over the vehicle and explain the work that was done. Touch n go went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and delivered a great finished product.
I definitely recommend Touch N Go and while I hope to not need more body work, if I do, I will return.
All went very good. Gave me a very competitive quote...set the date and did repair. Work was done very well and on time. They followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Excellent customer service.
I went to Touch 'N Go because I read they had a great Angie's List rating. I was pleased that the gentleman in the office could take a look at my car right away and give me an estimate when I stopped by on my way to work.
About two weeks later, I had gotten the approval from the insurance company and took my car in. I had already been given an estimate for how long the work would take. Since the manager had known I was coming in, he had already ordered the parts and paint that my car would need for the repairs.
As the men worked, they discovered that there was additional damage that had not been seen when I brought the car in originally. The manager at Touch 'N Go took care of calling the other insurance company and getting their adjustor to approve this additional work at no charge to me. I was glad I didn't have to get involved in any of that calling/negotiating.
When I came back after 4 days, my car looked incredible! It really resembled a shiny new car! Besides fixing the dents and replacing the appropriate parts, they had also buffed the sides of my car so that a few paint marks and small scuffs that I had caused. They were gone!
This company was great with communication, performing professional body work, and finishing on time..

At pick-up (on or slightly ahead of promised time), the car was ready and work had been completed perfectly. New door fits tightly and evenly (less than 3/8" gap from body on all sides) and paint work on the door shows zero signs of a re-paint, which will be nice at resale time.
Only complaint is the customer reception area is not customer friendly. Parts deliveries fill much of the space at times, and the strong odor of cigarette smoke (though it could also be paint/chemicals from the shop area) made conducting the business end of the experience an unpleasant, even unhealthy one. Mothers and children would NOT feel welcome or respected.
That said, the quality of the workmanship and the good value will bring me back for repeat work, and in the big picture are the most important aspects of my near-complete satisfaction with this first experience with Touch-n-Go.
The main reason I chose Touch N Go over the others was how Kevin treated me when i asked for an estimate. Even though he did not know if I would have the work done there, he went over the estimate item by item and explained everything to me and why it was needed. The other companies did not. Apart from their doing good work, it was also how comfortable I felt with them.
