Kevin and his crew were absolutely wonderful from the estimate to the repair - which came in under estimate. They took me to work, fixed the dent and came back to get me! I would certainly use them again and recommend them highly.

Kevin was open and honest about the process and provided different routes to go and set expectations on the pros/cons for each option. Decided to go with the cheaper option since all I needed for the moment was some paint work to prevent rusting. He was able to quickly set an appointment and provided quick turnaround time. It was a great experience and would definatley go back to them if I needed anymore work done. It was also good to know that they have received awards from Acura on their work performed.

It was all covered my insurance. They did a great job the first time, so I went back. When I went the first time they were the cheapest.

They have very competitive prices and do very good work, and they are timely as far as getting you in and getting the work done by the time they say they will and they are easy to deal with. I will continue to use this company for my vehicle repairs in the future.

I found the company in Angie's List and they did a really good job. Their workmanship was very good and they are very customer-focused. They did good work. They will try to find options of repair and not just automatically force the high dollar items. I had a quote from another place and the person assumed all sorts of additional things that weren't even needed and he was also over billing my insurance to get some cut. This guy was not only fair to make sure that he got the repairs and everything done correctly but at a reasonable price and good quality.

They did an excellent job. They were very good at keeping me updated as my car was there for quite a while. They kept me updated on how things were going and the costs of the repairs.

It worked out very well for us. The price and quality of work was good. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were all very good. They were in the area where it was easy to get to. They could take the car on time and got it done on time too.

They are professional. They also are adamant about using original equipment replacement parts. They don't use second after-market vendor parts. They are very safety conscientious in making sure that they are getting quality parts to put back on your car. I don't think that's necessarily true of all auto shops. And their paint jobs are just phenomenal. When they were done I think my car had fewer rattles and looked better than it did when it came new off the car lot. My trunk collapsed when I got hit and they had to repair both rear fenders. They had to replace the trunk lid. The trunk was crushed - they had to repair that. The rear bumper was missing. So, they had to basically repair the rear end of the car and because the color was a silver metallic they had to paint the whole car to match. The other thing is they gave me a specific quote on when they would have it in and when they got it out and they were right on the money.

The process was about as painless as it could be.

My daugter's parked car was hit during the trecherous ice storms last winter. The moving car slid into the front, driver's side of our car, then the back end swung around and hit the back driver's side of our car. Our car could be driven, but body damage was extensive. Fortunately, the driver left a note and her insurance company handled the financials. We chose two auto repair businesses from State Farm's preferred provider list to obtain estimates. The first was dubiously unprofessional. Touch N Go, however, was helpful and professional from the beginning of the process of information intake, to scheduling, to "flawless" and timely repair. All employees with which we had interaction performed their job as needed and with a smile.

I would not recommend them, their estimate suggested doing a lot more work than was needed, and the price from their competitor was less than half.

Straightforward. Work explained very well and done well. Good communication and professionalism. Price was fair compared to other quotes.

The estimate was most reasonable of three. All aspects of the repair process were very professional and the finished work was as good as new.

Touch N Go had the lowest estimate for the work I needed done and came recommended from the dealer. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning, given the rough estimate of having the work completed late Wednesday, and had it back first thing Thursday morning. The previously crumpled bumper looks fantastic. When I first went to pick it up, I noticed that a tiny chip in the driver door hadn't been touched up as I had requested, but a man with a paint bucket was there within a minute to get it and a few other spots that I hadn't even noticed. The final price matched the estimate exactly, and the car looks great.

They are nice people. I like dealing with them. They are very upfront. The work done by them is not perfect, but it looks good. They seem to seek the most reasonable solution. They really take pride in their work. They do a lot of restoration stuff. They charged me $60, which is very reasonable. They are quick and efficient. They don’t overcharge you. They seek the best solution. They will give you options. They know what they are doing. They are a super operation run by a father and a son. They could have done a much better job. I would definitely use their services in the future too especially for my teenage son. What I mean to say is the company could have done a beautiful job if we asked for a complete body work to get the care to its original form, but they understood we wanted a quick fix, not expensive, for an older car our teenager was driving. They did exactly what we asked and it was reasonable.

I was happy with the whole process. I ended up selling the car this spring. I compared the prices around and they were neither high nor low. Their price was pretty competitive. They handled everything when I asked them to. They got the job done earlier than I had anticipated. This is the second time that I have used them. I would use their services again in the future.

Outstanding! When I drove in without an appointment, Kevin met me immediately, I showed him my car, he prepared the quote and I was out in ten minutes. It was a GREAT first contact. After some BS at another possible repair facility it became clear that Touch-N-Go was my choice. Dropped the car off on Wed around 1:00 and even though I was told it could take three days, when I drove by at noon on Friday to check on the car, it was DONE! Repairs were very professional and the paint match (three stage paint) was superb! Went in on Saturday (yes, believe it or not they are OPEN on Saturdays) to pick up the car. Met Larry the owner (Kevin's dad I think) and he was a pro as well. This is the kind of place with which you want to do business. Responsive. Timely. Great quality! Professional. Very fair prices. If you need car repair in the Carmel area, go here! Since they are not on the State Farm service direct list, I had to have State Farm come out and provide their own quote. Car had a rather large dent from hitting the side of the garage door. Brought it into the shop. The guys were very nice, took a lot of time with me going over the options. They provided three different quotes for each option. They were very honest, that while the paint less option was the cheapest, because of the size of the dent they could not guarantee that the dent would be completely removed. Since it is an older car I decided on the paint less dent removal. It was scheduled for several days later and the car looks great. While it is not perfect, you really have to be looking hard to see the imperfections. I could not be happier with the job that was done. The guys were honest, friendly, efficient, not out to sell me something I didn't need and well I think they were great. Thanks, Touch and Go!!!

Touch N Go Collision did an excellent job. Kevin was pleasant and very well-informed. He detailed clearly the work that was required and his estimate on the time was right on. The cost was completely absorbed by the other driver's insurance so I didn't have any concerns about a budget. The insurance company was initially slow responding to beginning the repairs so Dan gave me some pointers on how to expedite the process. Probably saved us two or three days overall. Kevin worked directly with the insurance company on the adjustment and the subsequent additional work which saved me unknown hassles. The car (only 29000 miles) looks like it just got out of the showroom. Their work was excellent and I would highly recommend them for their experience, attention to detail and professional demeanor.

I backed into my daughter's brand new car. They removed the ding from her passenger side door and the next day when I brought my car in they were able to manipulate the dented area in such a way as to repair the dent. They charged $100 to fix my daughter's car and did a masterful job. They did not charge me for my car. They were as interested as I was in making the repairs in the least costly manner. They are the only people I will bring my cars in to have body work. They were very polite, punctual and honest.

I stopped by and got an estimate in minutes, they ordered the parts that day, once parts arrived the service was scheduled for the next day and took only 2 days. Cost was exactly per estimate and the car looks like new. They have discount arrangment with Enterprise rental, daily rate very reasonable and they picked me up/dropped me off. I would recommend Touch n Go to others.
