Overall went well. They did not do the actual planting of the tree.

Cory Whistler came out from Salsbery, looked at and measured the property, listened to our requests and plans, evaluated our needs, and produced a design that suited the look of the house and fit the property - for example, choosing to use only mulch on one side of the house that's steeply sloped and won't even hold grass. The cost is $100 per design, deducted from the total if you decide to go ahead with the work. We did the front yard and then liked the result so much that we decided to do the back yard as well. The price seemed expensive, but we watched the work, and a lot more labor was involved than we anticipated. Left the property very clean (no mess in the driveway, for instance).

Sales person Lindsey was extremely knowledgeable about different varieties. She was creative in developing a layout to stay in our budget. Very present personality and patient in explaining the process.

They did a good job. George looks over his staff and makes sure I am satisfied with the work. They were careful in getting the mulch around the flowers and bushes.

I am very pleased. They came when they said, were very courteous, and did not leave a mess.

I am very, very disappointed with this company. I've used them in the past for various projects and was very happy with their work. However, in my pursuit to get them to aerate my lawn, I'm left feeling very negative about their customer service. I called twice last spring (left messages with the person answering the phone) asking for them to aerate, and never received a call back from the person responsible. I thought maybe they were busy, so I blew off the aeration until this September. Noticing their sign advertising this service at their business location, I thought it was the ideal time to call. I have now left 3 messages with them, with absolutely NO call back. The last time I called, the woman I talked with said she would personally make sure that the manager called me THAT same day. Well, 2 weeks have now passed and I haven't heard a thing. If they don't have time for my business, at least call me and say that they are too busy! I was once a loyal customer. NO MORE.

Price was quite good. They were a little slow, but they came and did a really nice job of putting them in. Very professional. Selection was fabulous. I would recommend them again.

We prepaid them for the whole year in advance and it took them a couple months to come out and do the back-flow testing. That's all they did, they didn't look at the sprinkler heads to let us know if anything needed replaced, etc. We just didn't get what we thought we were paying for.

All of the plants were planted in the mid summer, and have all done extremely well. The delivery was timely, and the driver assisted us in getting the tree into the hole. All of the sales staff were very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right plants for the locations we were landscaping. I would definitely purchase plants from them again.

Was I ever impressed with the woman who helped me! (I think her name was Janet). I told her these were going to be attached to our deck which was right off our kitchen. All I had to put in them were some pink petunias. She was so good in picking out 4 other types of plants to put with the petunias, some tall and some that would gracefully fall over the edge of the planter. She asked me about the colors in the rooms next to the deck in order to tie the colors together. She also told me about a product to add to the potting soil that would help my planters retain moisture. It was a real joy to look at these beautiful planters all summer long.

I needed an estimate for a yard project. The designer scheduled an appointment to ensure a complete understanding of the project and future projects. They were very professional and provided the estimate on time.

Very good, but I would expect some discount on plant material. The $12,000 I paid was in addition to what was included in the new home construction budget ($13,000).

They do good work and are reliable. My only compliant is that they will not put you on an automatic list to service your system. I must call them spring and fall.

They were very friendly and were willing to discuss and design everything based on ideas that we had, as well as incorporated their ideas. They were also very responsive.

Super nice, but didn't do what I asked them to do. The drainage was excellent, but the leveling was poor. They came out two times, but were unable to fix the job. They didn't seem to understand what I really wanted.

The foreman on site, Jonathon, was pleasant, punctual, detailed and great to work with (even when our children were following him around asking questions.) They completed the installation on time and on budget. They also accommodated our request to install water lines to our ponds by bringing their irrigation team in to do that portion of the job.

Very courteous and responsive. Takes a little while to get on the schedule, but they do great work. Pricing is reasonable.

They came out gave an estimate and did the work all within about two weeks. I worker with George Wimmer, he is very good.

George returned my calls quickly, met me at the house to discuss what we wanted. We had the quote within 2 hours after we met! The price was extremely competitive, especially since it included all the lights, extension cords, and timers, too. The price included set up and take down for 11 trees and 6 shrubs. The crew was scheduled to come out the day after we signed the contract! We were thrilled and will definitely use them in the future. Saved my husband and I both a full day off work. VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND PROMPT. I FEEL THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHER GARDEN CENTERS.

THEY SOWED THE SEEDS IN HIGH WINDS, WHICH MADE EVERYTHING BLOW AROUND EVERYWHERE. MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO OUT THERE AND RAKE THE DEBRIS OUT OF THE STREET. THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE SITUATION, BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE KNOWN TO DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

GEORGE WIMMER, CAME OUT. THEY WERE EXCELLENT, THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND DID GOOD WORK.
