Description of Work: Blood draw from my arm bled like crazy on the way home -- stained the sleeve of my favorite, caramel-colored leather jacket. I foolishly went online and decided to try to remove the stains myself. Lifted some of the color. Using Angie's List, I found Premier Cleaners. They had to send the jacket to California, but it came back completely restored, and looking like new. Took a while, but I could not be more pleased with the results. I found their rates to be very reasonable; they were lovely to deal with, also.

 + -1 moreI decided to try them since they use eco-friendly products. They are very friendly. You can get in and out quickly. Quality was not very good, however. The cuffs on the sleeves of blouses and shirts were pressed flat and therefore had a CREASE in the cuff!

 + -1 moreEveryone at Premier Cleaners is very friendly and they are quick to help you get checked in or out. I like that they use products that are better for the environment (and my family). I also like that once you are an established customer, they give you the coupon price without having to dig for the coupon. Highly recommend this cleaner!

 + -1 moreI COME FROM A FAMILY THAT HAS BEEN IN THE DRY CLEANING BUSINESS FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND I HAVE WORKED IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE BUSINESS. I WAS INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK FROM THIS DRY CLEANERS. MY PANTS DID NOT LOOK LIKE THEY HAD BEEN PRESSED, BUT RATHER THAT THE WRINKLES HAD BEEN REMOVED WITH A STEAM WAND. ALSO, THE SHIRTS DID NOT LOOK CRISP AND ONE IN PARTICULAR, CAME BACK WITH SHINY MARKS ON THE COLLAR (HAND IRON TOO HOT), SPOTS ON IT (SPRAY STARCH?) AND THE FRENCH CUFFS WERE CREASED! I WAS VERY SURPRISED TO LEARN THEY HAD BEEN IN BUSINESS SO LONG. PERHAPS THEY NEED TO WORK ON TRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES BETTER.
