Description of Work: Having used IndyComp for several years, it is easy to trust them and know that you will receive outstanding service. They have custom built a desk-top computer for me, tuned-up and repaired the family's various computers and guided me in computer related issues. No high-pressure tactics, just outstanding, knowledge and service -- all at a very fair price.

Description of Work: I took my laptop in to get the space bar put back on (it popped off) and was expecting to pay $20-$50 to get it fixed and put back on. Much to my surprise, this was fixed in a total of about 3 minutes and I did not get charged $1. I tried to offer to pay for this and the technician (owner, I suspect) refused to take my money. I will definitely go back for future work and am glad to know that I have found a computer repair person that I can trust going forward. A+++++++++++++++++

Description of Work: Had a virus that damaged part of my harddrive. Alex was able to fix it so that we are are able to us the computer, He was able to save everything we had on it. Description of Work: Alex is GREAT. He had to get a new motum for me and then needed to track down a new startup disc. He wouldn't have had to do that and could have told it couldn't be done and that I'd need to just get a new computer. But he kept me informed every step of the way and at one point when he didn't think he could get a start up disc told me the repairs were going to be to costly and that I'd be better off buying new. My brother refered me to INDY COMP, I will go back when I need to. its refreshing to find a business man with integrity these days. Alex is a trustworthy honest man to work with.

Description of Work: My computer was running slow and the fan was making noise. Alex did a great job cleaning up hard drive and replacing fan.

Description of Work: Computer hard drive crashed. I am computer illiterate so they set up all my programs, uploaded files from my backup HD. There were numerous issues with the computer, they kept me well informed and my computer has never worked better.

Description of Work: My computer's hard drive unexpectedly "crashed." Indycomp PC Care was able to install a new hard drive in the computer and transfer all of the data from the old hard drive to the new one. Indycomp, at my request, also installed a new anti-virus program, doubled the size of the computer's memory, and checked out the computer's existing systems and software for problems. All of their work was done very professionally, on-time, and within the estimated costs. I was very satisfied with the company's work.

Description of Work: ALEX & MIKE WORKED VERY HARD TO REPAIR MY PRINTER, EXCEEDING MY EXPECTIONS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE DISCOUNTED TONER CARTRIDGES AND ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH THEY ARE HARD WORKING AND HONEST PEOPLE.
