The malware was new and different. It took a couple efforts to completely rid the computer of the malware. Alex stuck with it until the fix was completed and followed up to make sure that there were no reoccurrences.

My laptop is very much faster then before. Alex's professional manner was outstanding. He explained everything to me. He made sure that I understand what he had to do, what he did, and gave me a very complete, easy to read written invoice. He had the work done couple of days ahead of his promised date.

It went great. We took it in the week before Christmas and Alex was able to save all our information in our laptop. He was prompt on finding out where hackers were located, and was able to tell to the exact time when they disabled our internet security service. He proceeded then in removing the virus and restoring the information on our laptop. He then ran a three hour scan to make sure all threats were completely gone. He continuously called and kept us updated on every step he was taking, he had thought it might take several days, however he was able to get it back to us in a few days.

The pin from the DC jack of my computer had broken off in the cord. We took the computer in to get a quote. Everything that was needed was explained in detail with no pressure. We decided to get the work done and were told the part would be ordered. We received a call in a few days that computer was done which was faster than the time given. They had been able to get the pin out of the cord so we did not have to replace the cord. Final price was lower than quote given. Computer has worked fine since we picked it up. Will definitely use in the future if needed.

Service provided was excellent. I was able to talk directly to the person who performed the repair and explain the problem I was having with my computer. Provider was professional and work was performed in a timely manner. I would return for future service.

My computer had been very slow. I kept getting advertising pop-ups. . I attempted to download security software but in each case the software company told me that the download was corrupted and not successful. I had noticed that a "strange" search engine had became my default search engine. In attempting to uninstall this "strange" search engine I lost the ability to get on the internet. I took the lap top to Indycomp PC and the technician (Alex) confirmed the no-connection issue. Alex told me that he would have to diagnose the problem and would call me with the results. I paid him a diagnostic charge left the computer. The next day he called with the diagnosis, the time required to repair the computer and the total cost. I accepted the charges and told him to repair my computer. A couple of days later I was able to pick up the computer. The computer was operating as good (or better) then it was I purchased it. He explained what he found and what he had to do to repair it. Alex gave me some tips on how to prevent future problems. Indycomp-Complete Computer Care treated me in a very professional manner. Ipad screen had a crack and needed to be replaced. Although he did not have the replacement screen in stock, he was able to expedite it and had it completed the very next day! He uses genuine apple parts. He also unbent part of the frame-I was not aware the frame was bent. I will use his services again and have told my friends about him.

Dropped iphone and screen shattered. He replaced with genuine apple screen and had it ready the following day. Will use again.

.We took old computer to Best Buy and picked up new one and paid $99.99 to transfer data that Indycomp was able to retreat for u s and then it died..We have the old hard drive and Best Buy was able to junk the tower....

As a former instructor in computers, I have always made sure that my anti-virus and firewall programs were up-to-date! The first part of August the computer seemed sluggish and slow. Normal actions to clean and "de-frag" the computer did not seem to correct the problem. I then took it to IndyComp to see what was the problem. IndyComp discovered that the computer had been "hacked" and the firewall and anti-virus program turned off BUT was programed to continue sending information that the programs were functioning properly. This information was relayed to the program application manufacturers for their action. IndyComp personnel explained what they found, what actions needed to be taken by them to correct the program and exactly what the cost would be to get the computer functioning properly IndyComp proceeded to completely removed the malware, installed all updates to the firewall and anti-virus programs and then check all settings for the computer to make sure no trace of the 'infection' remained AND the computer was functioning efficiently and correctly. In this day and age, it is a joy to find a firm that professionally does outstanding work and treats the customer honest old-fashion courtesy!

System went fubar. Locking up, unable to load programs properly etc. Alex got me in and out and back to work in an incredible turn around. I expected it to take days but was down only 1 day. Always hard to find a positive side to a computer problem. IndyComp was a real lifesaver.

I used Indycomp when my desktop PC stopped working. They explained what they would do to diagnose the problem and then called me to let me know what they found. called and left a message on sun. and received call back on mon. am, took computer in for problem with power cord . it was checked while i was there and determined that the plug in area was damaged. as well. I paid a $91.00 fee for diagnosis and then that money was used toward payment. the service was so prompt! i had my computer back tues around noon!! my computer came back to me cleaned and ready to go. While i was there to pick up Alex demonstrated the computer was working and went over the bill with me. Great service!
