 + -1 moreRESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. HE CAME AND HAD THE PART ON HIS TRUCK. DID THE WORK QUICKLY. THE PART HAD BEEN REPLACED A YEAR BEFORE AND THE TECHNICIAN SAID THEY WOULDNT CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY WITH THEM. I WAS READY TO WRITE A CHECK. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE! MY FURNACE HAS NOT RUN THIS SMOOTH IN YEARS, SO WHATEVER THEY DID, REALLY WORKED!
