They are friendly, efficient, and do a good job maintaining our system. We feel comfortable that we will have a working furnace and A/C unit.

The pricing remains the same year after year. They have raised the price very little since we have been with them 20 years ago.

We really haven't had any issues. They have been top notch from the start. That is why we stay with them.

They were quick about coming out to do it for us. We were without A/C and it was particularly hot outside. I liked their responsiveness. I liked their quality of materials and their quality of workmanship. I would absolutely use them again.

We use them on a regular basis. They do a twice a year check for us. When we need something worked on or replaced, we call them. Everything they have done for us is ?A? work. We have been using them for 20 years. We have a lot of confidence in them.

By using their service on a regular basis to check our furnace and air then when we need them they are quick, take good care of us and their price is reasonable. What stood out was the extreme professionalism from the gentleman who came out on a holiday. He was happy to be here and happy to help us. I know he was being paid well, but still, to come out on Christmas -- that was fantastic. I would recommend them because of their reliability and the fact that they are reasonable in their pricing.

They have always been pretty good. We have their maintenance program so they come out certain times of the year. There was no charge for the service because we are part of their maintenance program.

They generally do a pretty good job, even though they aren't cheap, but who is these days.

They were professional and very careful, they wore shoe covers in our home.

I have been using them for a long time. I used them this winter and they're scheduled out in the spring. Four seasons maintenance. It's their Platinum Contract. They have great service. They are timely. They have great integrity. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. We have had the guys come back here year after year that we know, that know our system, and they do a great job. They hang onto their employees. They are very active in the community. They are extremely professional.

We have a program with them where they automatically come out a couple times a year to check the furnace and make sure everything's okay. We've been using them for years and we've never had a problem. They're always courteous. You couldn't have any nicer people come out and do something for you, that's for sure. We've been using them for 55 years. Usually one gentleman comes and it takes approximately an hour, hour and a half. We have never ever in over 50 years ever have a problem.

We've never had a problem with them. They're always responsive. My husband is a veterinarian and he knew the former owner from taking care of his pets & they also went to church where we went so it was natural to call them. They're very nice, we've been very satisfied. They're professional when they come in.

I get a different serviceman each time. They are very thorough. They measured the air in the upstairs and downstairs. They are always very pleasant and are very clean. I wouldn't stay with them if they weren't and I believe they have been in business a long time.

Scott honest. Hands on. Looked at it before to see what we needed and then came out 2 weeks after installation to see if needed to be adjusted. Have several friends who recommended Appel. Happy with our decision!

Smoothly. Efficiently. Couldn't have been better work. Great techs. A superlative company in every possible respect. This is the second furnace purchased and installed by Appel. Appel has been my HVAC company for many years. No one better.

They were hired to replace my heating system and add cooling. I could no longer have oil furnace due to allergies and asthma. They did not run the lines from the outside on the correct side of the beam in the basement and did a poor job fastening them up...they fell right away and still are hanging there. I could not get them to drill the openings for the floor vents for one of the new vent runs, making it useless...they said they 'forgot' to include it in their bid. Why would anyone put in a run with no vent opening? The second new vent run was rendered useless when they failed to take care with the plaster wall during construction and loaded it with a pile of debris..also useless. Then a while later, on careful inspection, I discovered they supplied me with at least two pieces of equipment that were not the brands specified...on further investigation, discovered one of these was very old, two years at least when installed as 'new.' Also paid for Trion air bear vent system, due to allergies and asthma...they just left a hole for the filter...no Trion unit was ever delivered or installed. I held out the last of the pay, they pursued it and unfortunately my attorney lost the paperwork. I ended up paying twice more for this mess. Appel is not who they say they are.

When I got home at 3:30 I found, to my dismay, that the AC was not working. I called Appel and they said that they could have a technition out on the next call. It is now 6:30 and my AC is up and running. Brent checked everything that he and I thought it could be. It turned out to be a fuse that I never would have found myself. Brent was thorough, friendly and extremely competent. Great job Brent!!!

Nathan Evans and crew installed an entire HVAC system and complete duct system as well. I have had to call them out 3 times for some work to be checked, and they are very quick to respond. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company.

From start to finish this company was professional, courteous, honest, on time and very helpful. I spoke to them regarding a blackish mold issue in the closet above the furnace ductwork, along with excessive humidity in my home last summer. Previous companies told me this was normal for a air handler and that I should get a UV light - this made no sense! Made an appointment with Deb (she is great) to have Nate come to access my problem. After discussion we decided it was best to remove humidifier, replace plenums and have the installer access any other issues with the furnace. So we set up a time for the installer to begin working, and we coordinated with mold remediation company to perform some of their services. Nick (Appel's Installer) came on time and ready to work. He pulled out the ductwork in the closet and pointed out that the "previous duct installation" was utilizing the ceiling drywall as a filter, and that the ductwork was not sealed through to the attic. Humidity from a hot attic was mixing with cold air in closet creating a wet environment, and of course not the air conditioning would not function correctly within the house. Nick did an excellent job - neat and tidy work - a true sheet metal creator. I will continue to use this company for ALL HVAC needs, and recommend to everyone I know needs their services. In fact already passed info along to my neighbor
