Description of Work: CALLED THEM TO PERFORM ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON OUR 7 YEAR OLD AC UNIT. TECHNICIAN JUAN ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. HE CHECKED FILTER, FAN MOTOR AND BLADES, CONTACTOR AND ELEC CONNECTIONS. CLEANED CONDENSER COIL, CHECKED TEMP, PRESSURES, AND GEN OPERATION OF THE UNIT. GAVE IT CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH. TOOK JUST OVER AN HOUR. PRICE WOULD HAVE BEEN $89, BUT I BOUGHT AND SCHEDULED A SECOND VISIT FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON OUR FURNACE, MAKING THE COST $77 EACH FOR 2 VISITS.
