EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: HAD DIAL ONE HEATING/COOLING PERFORM ANNUAL A/C CHECK AND THEY RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT OF ENTIRE A/C AND HEATING SYSTEM. CALLED APPEL FOR SECOND OPINION AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NEEDED DONE TO EITHER SYSTEM. A/C WAS IN GOOD SHAPE AND NO RECOMMENDATIONS WERE MADE EXCEPT WE OPTED TO SIGN UP FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PROGRAM THROUGH APPEL. EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. SO GLAD WE HAD APPEL COME OUT TO REEVAL.
