Description of Work: I've used Appel for several years and have found their work great. The men are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and thorough. They perform bi-annual service and have replaced one shutter, a control valve, the mother board and two thermostats over the 8 years that I have lived here. They always are concerned that they have accomplished the work satisfactorily. The workers are celan and keep the premises clean in the process.

Description of Work: I had received some information from our HVAC provider that I felt was inaccurate. I asked Appel for a second opinion (requiring an inspection of our home's HVAC system). They gladly did so (at no cost) and provided me with a detailed reply both over the telephone and in person. I found them to be knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous. I will likely switch my business to Appel after my current service agreement expires with a competitor of theirs. My experience with them was extremely positive from start to finish.
