Description of Work: replaced chimney cap and tuned up furnace...chimey cap was originally installed many years ago by Appel so went back for a new one...based on their billing schedule; to just replace the cap would have been pretty expensive...they could have left it at that but suggested combining the replacement with a furnace tune up...I actually saved money by getting 2 things done on the same service call
