We recently had World Class Restoration replace the porch flooring on the covered side porch of our home in a Historic District in Indianapolis. Jay and his team arrived when they said they would, and even though it rained on and off during the day, they worked and did not let the weather stop the replacement process. The project was completed in only one day (I had expected at least a two day process). The work was performed in a professional manner and the entire area was cleaned up before the crew left. I will definitely consider World Class Restoration for future projects. I would recommend you consider them for ANY future project you may have.

It went great. Jay and his team did a solid job on everything. He answered all my questions, made suggestions for each price point, and gave his honest opinion of how he would handle each aspect. I would definitely hire him again as he was trustworthy and well worth the money due to the quality of his work.

Did a complete tear down after talking to Jay to make sure everything was secure enough for a porch swing, They came back after finishing and they wanted to touch up some areas that I hadn’t noticed . We really liked the work so we hired them for another project. Good stuff!!!

Let’s get to the point. Would I use World Class Restoration again? Without a doubt. My decking joist on the leading SW side had rot and needed replacing. They assess the situation and explained what needed to be done. They provided an estimate on the spot that was extremely reasonable. They were professional and polite from beginning to end. Jon did a awesome job. If you have a project that you have been putting off, consider World Class Restoration, they can do just about everything. Thank you guys.

Jake and the whole team did a great job. My old basement stairs were falling apart, which involved a mid staircase landing that was sinking (causing the upstairs to sink too). They fixed everything -- got rid of the old stairs, built super solid new stairs, installed a new landing, installed proper support posts. They even repaired cement damage on the basement floor. All in two days for a very fair price. The whole team was friendly, tidy, etc. 100% would recommend and will 100% being hiring them for the next big job.
