Fabulous. The deck is exactly as I hoped. The work was done on time, very well, clean, and the employees were easy to communicate with. Very fair and trustworthy, highly recommend.

Your carpenter is a real craftsman who cares about the quality of his work and is such a perfectionist! I was impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and working through not so ideal conditions due to significant rainfall. Your crew showed up, completed the job timely, and cleaned up very well after the job was completed. I would highly recommend your company to others considering deck designs/construction and also plan on requesting additional work from you in the future. Absolutely love the deck!

Jay came out to meet with me soon after I submitted my project. He offered up some great options and came back with a great price. Tim and John came out and took great care to demo the old decking and rails quickly. They did a great building the new rails, installed a new privacy wall on the upper deck, and laying down the new decking. I had issues with the stability of stairs and they provided solutions to secure the stairs and prevent any further movement when I walk up and down the steps. They are a hard working, professional, and approachable team.

World Class Restoration is a great company that I plan to hire again in the near future for other work. They came out to meet with me soon after I submitted my RFQ on Angi, listened to what I wanted to do, offered suggestions and solutions to my questions, offered a great price soon after our meeting, and scheduled a crew to begin the work soon after. They made quick work of demolition - removing the old decking and rails, and then they quickly moved onto the rebuild. I’m really happy with the quality of their work. They worked quickly but with care and attention to detail. They cleaned up their worksite at the end of each day and were great to chat with throughout the week.

We initially contacted WCR to stain our deck, but the deck was not in very good condition and we ultimately decided to rebuild it. We worked very closely with Jay and his crew and they did a phenomenal job with the rebuild. They paid very close attention to small details and even did some extra work to make sure that animals did not get access under the deck or into our sunroom (we haven't even had a mouse since). We couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did and would hire them again for any other projects!

The process went very well. Jay came to measure and give a free estimate and communicated the timeline for when he could do the work. The day of, he was early and stayed with his crew to complete the work, and called me to verify and communicate areas where there were questions and addressed them promptly. On completion, he and his crew made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving and cleaned the site well before they left.

The men arrived ed timely and were very friendly. Answered questions appropriately. Finished install within time frame. Cleaned up before they left.

Jay,John and their crew were incredible. They took the extra time to find the exact materials we were looking for. They made several trips to find the fireplace mantle my wife wanted. They were very good at cleaning up at the end of each work day. We would highly recommend them.
