We contacted Curry's over the internet and set up to lease a new Cadillac SRX.  They searched and found us the EXACT car we wanted, worked a great discount into the deal and we agreed to the lease sight unseen.  We arrived at the dealership and the closing on the lease took truly about 10 minutes while we were offered refreshments and treated like royalty.  There was no high pressure sales on anything either through email or in person, they just wanted to please.   Then a Manager took truly over two hours to show us every feature on the car, program our phones, put all our info in the navigation system, and make sure both my wife and I drove to the car a long way to make sure we were totally pleased all the while (this is after signing the documents) saying that if we weren't pleased they would look for another car.
I can't say enough about this place.  If you want a great deal, great service, and no normal car sales pressure, Curry is the right place.

We have been with this company for several years since about 1987. We have bought all of our cars from them and take our cars here for any service needs.

I used Curry Collision Center to repaint the side of my car after it was vandalized. This was an insurance claim and they accepted the insurance estimate. It took a while to get scheduled, but I chose them because they were located near my house and the cost would be the same no matter where I went. The paint job looks good. I dinged them on quality because they painted a part of the car along the bottom that previously was black (not painted). It is not very noticeable unless you compare it to the other side of the car but it indicates to me that they did not have a great attention to detail.
I went back to Curry to get an estimate after a collision where I needed to have some work done to repair the other side of the car. This time would not be an insurance claim because the amount of damage was very close to the deductible, so it was not worth filing to me. I figured that I would use their estimate to comparison shop even if I didn't go back there. Boy was that a mistake: not only was their labor rate higher than the insurance company's rate (which they accepted a month ago), it was higher than their own regular rate that they had a month ago! After going to several places for estimates, it is clear that a lot of body shops (but NOT all) have raised their rates just in the past month or so. Curry also wrote what I considered to be an excessive amount of repair into the estimate: for example, repainting the entire door shell rather than just blending the outer panel, as the damage to the door was minor. The bottom line is that their estimate was over 50% higher than the competitor that I ultimately went with, and they wanted to have the car for 2 extra days!
Summary: my experience was that if my insurance is paying, they will do an okay job, but if you're paying cash, you can almost certainly find a better price elsewhere.

The insurance company responsible for the majority of the damage set up the estimate for me with their agent who works out of Curry Collision Center. I was impressed with the agent and his knowledge, and decided to get the autobody work done with Curry, which he suggested.
After being initially impressed and hopeful, I was shocked and appalled at the level of professionalism and lack of quality assurance upon picking up my vehicle. After my car had been there for five days, I received a call that the work was finished (two days early). However, it was not finished. The headlight casings were not replaced (although they were listed as finished on the receipt), the remote-start sensor was missing from the windshield (and the vehicle altogether), there were footprints in the backseat, the exterior and interior was left dirty and dusty from the work that was done (along with shoe prints on the backseat), and, worst of all, there was a brand-new scrape on my back bumper. My car is a Mazda 3, and it looks as though my car was backed into a larger vehicle (like an SUV) or a larger vehicle hit it head-on, and its bumper scraped the top of my back bumper. I spoke with the assistant manager about the headlights, missing remote-start sensor, and scrape. He seemed apologetic and immediately called the windshield repair man about the remote start (thinking it may have been left on the old windshield) but said he would need to talk to his manager about the headlights and scuff. As this was a Friday evening, he said he would try to get it all handled on Saturday and call me, but I would need to call him on Monday if I hadn’t heard from him. We called Monday and arranged for the car to be fixed on Tuesday and picked up the same day. The Collision Center Coordinator who checked us in seemed genuine and apologetic for our negative experience.
We went to pick up our vehicle on Tuesday evening, and the headlight casings were finally replaced, but the scrape still remained. As a customer with several negative occurrences in the same situation, I expected the manager to have the common decency to apologize for their subpar customer service and lack of quality control on the shop's part. The woman at the front desk handed us our keys and told us everything “should be” taken care of without any recognition or acknowledgment for their shoddy workmanship. My husband and I asked to speak to the manager. He told us they had buffed the spot on the bumper, but since they had no proof it happened there, that was all he could do. I voiced my dissatisfaction and asked whether they had camera footage to prove the damage did not occur there. He noted that he did not keep cameras in his shop, and the pictures the insurance agent took for the estimate were blurry and the car was wet and dusty, so he couldn't be sure whether the scrape was there originally or not.
I am satisfied with the paint job, headlight casings, and windshield (hence the positive rating for "quality"). However, I am extremely dissatisfied with Curry's customer service and quality-assurance process. I found the manager disrespectful and the shop incredibly irresponsible.

They cater to different brands of cars. My overall experience was excellent. They are average on pricing. I would grade them highly on everything else. I would go see them in the future.

They figured out what was wrong, told me what they needed to do and how much it would cost, and now my car is running fine.

It would have cost me about $500 but it was free because it was under warranty. I had my car fixed down in Louisville but they had put an aftermarket part in there so they put in an official GM part this time. Once they figured out that it was the same part but with different numbers, they honored the warranty. They were pleasant, they got the work done really quickly, and I was able to get an appointment online for the next morning. They drove me to work and they picked me up. I thought it was going to be a horrible experience but it turned out to be not so bad. I think their regular service rates are more expensive than the quickie places around town.

It was basically aid related repairs. This was the first time I had anything done to the brakes. It was close to seventy thousand miles for my car. It was not a sudden brake down; it was normal wear and tear. They just replaced the parts. My experience with them was excellent. They were very responsive. That was where I bought all my cars and that was why we use them. I had always been happy with their service department. In terms of price, it might be a little more than an independent place would have been. I would hire them if needed in the future.
