Hi this is MacGilkerson I have joined forces with Kent Fights from FightsAutoService there address is 4221 S. Just at the worst time, when I was hauling a lot of stuff, the rods that hold the back hatch door open decided to stop working.  Do you know how heavy that back is on a Trailblazer?  It was ready for an oil change so I took it to Brown's.  They had the parts ready for the back and completed the oil change.  A severe hailstorm was approaching when I called about picking it up, so they offered to keep in inside overnight.  I appreciate that so much because we did get hail shortly afterwards and I would have been out driving in it.

They're a very good company to deal with. They're a little bit expensive. They're very honest and upfront. They keep me updated. They were not able to accommodate me quickly because there were people who needed parts worse than I did but they told me about that so I didn't have a problem with it.

When I accepted the fact I couldn't go on with my current brakes, I called ahead and made an appointment at Brown's garage. They found compatible replacement parts for my '94 Buick and installed them. I am very happy with the parts selection and installation.

When I dropped my car off late one evening, they were still there and discussed the car's problems with me. They requested a maintenance history on this car, and after reviewing it they looked not only at the specific problem reported, but looked around at other issues they noticed with the car. Some people might think this is a ploy to sell more parts, but I appreciated knowing that one of my rear shocks was leaking and that there is a battery model that I might want to consider in the future. I have 163,000 miles and feel I now have the mechanic to keep it running for many more miles. My car is running well now and I'm so pleased! Browns has a new repeat customer in me!

All went well. We have used Brown's Garage for a number of years he has always done a great job on all of our cars and trucks and if their was anything we questioned or were not satisfied with he ALWAYS made it right. He is very professional and knowledgeable about all aspests of his business.

I called Mack from the highway when my car started to loose electrical power. He immediately diagnosed my problem and gave me directions to the shop by the shortest route, explaining that I might not make it that far. He said to call if I didn't make it and he would come and get me. The car died as I pulled into the garage. He confirmed my problem and suggested additional service that was due. He loaned me the shop truck and said my car would be ready the following evening. He called the next day to say the car was ready. I stopped by that evening to pick up my car and drop off his truck. It couldn't have been much easier!

Seemed to do a good job in the end. However, do not open until 9 AM and no one was still there at 9:15 so I left my key in drop box. Also, had to call several times to see what was the problem and they did not even start looking at it until 3 PM, eventhough I had an appointment that I had made several days before. Then the owner made small talk for almost half an hour after my car was done when I would have preferred to get my keys and go.

"in our defense since this post we have changed our hours we now open monday & friday 8am-6pm tue,wed,thurs open 8am-5pm this change gave my employees family time during the week or if we have off site vehicle training we arent rushing it as to this cust we did a good job guess we were'nt fast enough for them. tried to explain an issue we had that day but guess they didnt understand"

HE'S A VERY NICE GUY, REAL HONEST AND DEPENDABLE. HE ALWAYS MAKES IT RIGHT AND USES TOP OF THE LINE PARTS. HE HAS GOOD HOURS AS WELL AND IS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO HIS CUSTOMERS. HE OFTEN STAYS LATE, LIKE UNTIL 8 OR 9PM.

"Our card says or 8-6 or when ever we get done and if it means staying over a little while then that's what happens. I know they were thankful but also if we for some reason cant get vehicle done that day, they are always understanding. We try to go further for this customer"
