Arrived on time. Upon further looking the light replacement they ordered was the wrong size. They were able to rebuild the current light, update wiring and light bulb for the same price. They had to use scaffolding to reach the light and were very careful with the building of the scaffold. Both electricians were very nice, knowledgeable, kept me up on any problems and advised me anytime they left. Fantastic job.

Called at 8 am this morning, appointment scheduled for 11:00 am. Joel called at 9:30 to confirm directions and arrived at 10am. Put on booties to enter house. Discussed the problem and was given an estimate of work to be performed. He diagnosed loose connection in garage GFI outlet which allowed GFI to be reset which allowed bathroom outlets to work. Took less than 30 minutes, great job! Thanks.

It was a pleasure to work with Brightstar from start to finish. I was impressed by the electrician's professionalism. Some of our house's electrical issues are due to seat-of-the-pants handyman work performed in the past. After using Brightstar, I will not go back. I'll use this firm again after an enthusiasm-building first experience.

They were punctual and very informative on what they were doing and what types of light bulbs to use to save us money and that would use less energy.

A water pipe bond is now required by electrical code, but was not required when my home was built in the 1970's. The water pipe bond is an additional ground for electricity so that if any electricity makes it to the any metal in the plumbing(copper pipes, facets, etc.)you will not be shocked(this also applies to lightning strikes). This is a safety issue that needed to be take care of, and David with Brightstar did a great job on getting the water pipe bond installed.

Excellent; good, we had flashing/surge lights, a blown appliance, unusual behavior with lights, lost outlet/switch, tried to fix, turned out Brightstar was the solution that day. Calmed our anxieties, repaired some unusual wiring issues & other misc. I totally recommend! Thanks.

Called first in the am. Were here within 40 minutes. The ad stated charges by job. Not sure if $99 was a fair price for diagnostic plus $49 service call, but they did have a $75 coupon.

This was our first time having used Brightstar Electric - it was the best choice we could have made. David, our electrician, was great. The customer service we received was amazing. All the work was done within one day, with exception of the chandelier. The chandelier... we hadn't selected at the time David came to install the lights in our home and the outdoor lights. Once we chose our chandelier, we scheduled a time for him to come back. It was only one day later. We would definitely use Brightstar in the future for our electrical needs.

After a lightning strike we had a circuit breaker that was tripped and couldn't reset it. It kept going off. I repaled it but it still kept tripping. So I called this company. They were pleasant and professional to deal with. Electrician started checking the circuits and found the one causing the problem. Showed me what was happening and took care of it.

They made all corrections and worked on the breakers. They gave me an estimate right down to the T.

3 old faulty light switches in my home were replaced. I called that morning because of a crackling, popping sound in the wall at one of the switches, and they came out by 5:00 PM that same day. Great because I had a day off from work that day and they squeezed me in.

Dave, the electrician, was knowledgeable & courteous. The price was a little higher that other bids but he called the office & they met the competitor's price. The fan required some maneuvering due to the fact that the original electrician didn't put enough support in the ceiling. Dave fixed it & now we have a great fan in the room.

Service was excellent and prompt. They finished the job as promised as they quoted me.

They were really great to work with. We had an estimate within just a few days of calling. Their estimate was very reasonable compared to the others we received. I was able to reach them after normal business hours, which I feel like is pretty hard to do with most other service companies. Once we made the decision, the work was done very quickly. He only needed a few hours to get the work done.

The electrician from Brightstar was very professional. The company was very responsive, and their hours of operation were very convenient. I called Brightstar after 5pm on one night, and the next day, they were able to come out and install our light fixtures. I would definitely use their services again.

Overall everything went very well, they came out gave an estimate on the work, and then started the house inspection. After they were already late, they called to say they were late, and would be out as soon as possible to finish the work. Apparently an electrical emergency came up with another client. Once they showed up on site all work was completed quickly and well.

They were responsive and the price seemed fair but we told them on the phone we needed a double breaker and he showed up with only a single slot breaker. Other than that they were professional, courteous and cleaned up when they were finished. I will definitely use them again if i need to.

They were very professional and on time. The person who scheduled the appointments was very good.

We have very high vaulted ceilings and the electrician removed an old ceiling fan, put together a new one (it came in about 50 different pieces) and installed it. He also fixed three recessed lights on our very high ceilings. He was very efficient and answered all our questions. My husband and I could not believe that the experience could be so easy. We will definitely call them in the future.

The people at BrightStar were very pleasant to work with. My phone calls were returned promptly. They answered all my questions and were on time to get the job done. I was very pleased with the workers and the way the work was done.

He was very accommodating regarding meeting us at another home at a time convenient to us, and he was very prompt and thorough. He cleaned up after himself nicely and gave the Angie's List discount. I would definitely hire this company again.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR TIMELINESS AND THE COMPETITIVE PRICING THAT WAS GIVEN BY A LOCAL INDEPENDENT COMPANY. THE WORK AREA WAS LEFT NEAT AND THE TECH DID A GREAT JOB KEEPING THE NOISE DOWN - SINCE I RUN A HOME BASED BUSINESS.
