Ramon and Sons Sewer and Water, Inc.

Had a clogged mainline and Ramon came out right away. Did a great job repairing, kept me informed on the issue and even replaced my toilet seal! Did a great job, excellent customer service!

My issue was a blocked mainline. Ramon was able to come out the same day I called. Long story short, we had a well known national plumbing company tell us we only had one very pricey option to fix our problem. They flat out lied to me. Ramon came out, routed the pipes, sent down a camera, and give me three separate options to deal with my problem. Zero hassle. Answered all my questions. Educated me on the process. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Do not pay him in advance otherwise you will never see them again They never followed up to finish the job ? Because he was all paid in advance witch was a BIG mistake I do not recommend them to my wprsey Enimy !

Very honest and fair! They did fast work but quality even gave me a warranty just in case for 90days unheard of with the big name companies. So happy I found them and I will be hiring them again for other work! Glad to have found them! Thank you guys!

They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Very polite and respectful. Answered all of my questions and cleaned up any mess when they were done. They said they would be at my home in a hour, and they came before that. They were fast and diligent and the cost was exceptional. I kept thinking higher. I would most definitely call them again. And they solved the problem.

They came out and worked quickly to defrost a pipe from my shower so it could drain.

Professional, clean, friendly and honest. This what I can say about Ramon & Sons Plumbing! We had a major crises today, the sewer backed up into the basement. We called Ramon & Sons and they said they would be there at 8:30 am...Right on the dot they were here. I was very happy to see how organized, clean and competent they were. It took almost no time for them to do the routing and put a cap on the line. The result was a job performed with great care, professionally done and No Leaks! I am extremely happy with the service provided and although I hope I do not have anymore plumbing issues in the future, I am much more at ease knowing I will always have someone to call who are as reliable and professional and so affordable as Ramon & Sons. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends..They are just Awesome!

Their prices are very reasonable unlike the first one , by the way is a national company, who wants to charge me 4x more , than Ramon!

Ramon was very thorough and communicative. He was very helpful and offering to come out a second time to make sure everything was running correctly. I would highly recommend Ramon and his crew.

Alex sent out Ramon & Sons to rod our sewer and they got their rod stuck and said we needed $5,800 to get it out and "fix" our sewer! I called the village of Mundelein and they sent a crew to scope the line and they said there were only roots no damage and the company should have removed their line because it is only 22 inches from the clean out. That clean out was only 2 feet deep but he quoted me at where his rod was "stuck" which was 9 feet down and would require street work and permits... When I talked to the rodding company owner, Ramon of Ramon & Sons, and told him the facts he said, because we were white and he was not, that we were accusing him of being dishonest. The race card! So having the facts from the village and another plumbing company I gave Ramon the option to get his rod out and finish the job and he will get paid or I will have someone else get it out and I will charge him. After a few choice words from Ramon that he wasn't going to pay he eventually sent a crew to finish the job. It took them 10 minutes to get their stuck rod out! 10 minutes. The same rod they were going to charge my $5,800. 10 minutes. Is he dishonest or bad at his job? I would never recommend or Ramon & Sons. I have left messages for Alex. He refuses to call me back. Since he won't call I can only assume he must support such actions if he sends people like this out to his customers. Trust but verify. We did and they were caught. Thanks to the village of Mundelein for protecting their residents! The village came back and they concluded that the clear out wasn't completed by Ramon and Sons Sewer and Water.

I agree with others that they were courteous and explained everything so that I could understand what could and should be the result of their work. I would/will recommend them to family and friends.

Ramon quoted me a great price and patiently waited for my response while I checked into his references and received other quotes. The project involved repairing my main sewer line underneath the street. His team worked quickly and the job was done on the same day I signed the contract. Great Job!!!
