They worked on what was requested and did it at a reasonable price, but when asked about the leaky shower handles, they said they would provide an estimate to me later but never did. I thought they would want additional business from me. Because of this, they lost me as a future customer.

They did what they said they would do - and when they said they would do it. They were flexible on payment timings and willing to negotiate a fair price. They empathised with our situation and told us what to expect. They also warned us about other companies 'scaring' clients into having unnecessary work carried out to make more money. They didnt do that and I would fully recommend them for the right things they did and not just on getting a fair price

If you should have any plumbing problems I would give this company a call first.

I am Totally Satisfied with the service I received from Ramon and Sons. They diagnosed the cause of the problem within minutes of my showing them the area where the ground had sunk. While I had suspected that years ago the gutters had been legally connected to the sewer system and later, when the laws changed disconnected, that was not the problem. They found that the kitchen sink drain pipe had completely rusted away where it had previously been connected to the sewer line. In addition, they found and replaced a broken clay sewer pipe. I was totally pleased with the both the explanation of the problems, and the resulting fix of the problems at a very reasonable price. They gave me an unheard of 30 year warrantee on both the parts and their labor. In addition, I should note that they were the only recommended professional that actually went into the crawl space of my home to verify the suspected problem prior to giving me an estimate. I could not recommend them more highly.

Ramon and Sons did a great job on replacing my sewer line. After requesting a quote I got a call within minutes and I talked with Ramon. He was very friendly and flexible and came out on a Saturday to provide me the quote. During the quote process he actually looked down the pipe (others would charge for this service but he didn't, saying it was part of the free quote process) and noticed the pipe, which already had many holes in it due to roots, was already cracked and the outer portion was sinking causing only 1/4th of the pipe to line up. Ramon was very detailed in explaining how everything would work regarding the job. Price wise he was in the middle of the other bids I got but for the excellent service he was definitely worth it. During the process of getting the pipe replaced Ramon was very responsive to any questions I had. After the pipe had been replaced I noticed a knocking noise is my basement when the water would be running for a few minutes. Ramon came out and figured out the issue and fixed it with no charge. He definitely stands behind his work. I will definitely be using Ramon and Son's for my plumbing needs in the future!

Ramon and Sons were consummate professionals. They responded with same day service after contacting me to inquire as to the parameters of the project. To that point, our main water and sewer lines cracked at the foundation of our house and they needed to dig a 9' hole next to our house while trying to save the side walk, the outdoor lighting, as well as the rose bushes. I was impressed they realized we were without utilities (water and restrooms) and re-scheduled some other work to allow us to get our utilities fixed in a minimal amount of time. Ramon came out with two of his excellent crew (Marco and Francisco) to ensure that I felt comfortable with how the project would be handled. After analyzing the situation, Ramon asked for his largest digger machine to be brought to our home so that the shovel could clear the aforementioned sidewalk and bushes, while allowing the crew to avoid ruining our landscaping and walks - the lights actually all worked after Ramon and Sons carefully managed the project. He brought two other of his crew (Byron and Juan) who also obviously were high character and professional in their work. To top it all off, the crew fixed and replaced some parts of the toilet that were damaged by a plumber (different company ) that had come out the day before they arrived. They even cleaned up after that individual! I believe it would be impossible to hire a company that would have done the job so completely and to the excellent professional standards they met. Many thanks to Ramon and Sons as well as all of the excellent individual crew I had the pleasure to meet. And Yes... their price was a nice surprise after receiving quotes from others. If you have the need of this type of service, you will not find a better company.
