From the moment that I met John at our home for the appraisal, his professional, courteous and welcoming demeanor made us feel at ease. Communication was constant from the time we hired John until he and his team came to our home. Even while working here, John texted me to let me know when he was going on lunch or break so we wouldn't be concerned about his whereabouts. The final product is beautiful! The project was a 270 SF broom-surfaced and cracked outdoor porch. At least half of the 10 hours on the job consisted of mechanically preparing the concrete to accept the epoxy prime/base coat. A vast amount of colored flakes were applied. Finally, to protect the epoxy from sun damage, a poly topcoat was put down. Final Thoughts: 1. The generator, vac, and large surface grinder hummed quietly. 2. No visible cloud of dust, ever. 3. No noxious fumes. 4. A pleasant shiny wet-look that reflects throughout the day. 5. A vast improvement that should last. Thank you John.
