I had a potential buyer for my mom's home.  A few days prior to the inspection, we had a thaw.  The melting of the snow left about 2 feet of water in the crawl space.  Needless to say the inspection did not go well and we had a couple of weeks to get it straightened out or the deal was over. I received estimates from three contractors and went with Quick's Structural Repair.  The potential buyers agreed with my decision.  I contacted Braden and let him know he was hired.  I told him of the deadline I was under for the next inspection. He would try his best to get everything done.  First thing they had to was install a sump pump to get the water out.  Then the foundation had to be as dry as possible to be able to do a full inspection.  Upon inspection, a few crack were discovered and fixed immediately. Everything was completed by the next inspection.  I was put on priority as best they could, luckily there were a couple of customer cancelations, allowing Quick's to work on my issue.  I even gave Braden and his helper a 'tip' (basically lunch money) for their consideration in the problem. Inspection went fine and the house closing happened in April. I don't recall the cost (from 2009), but it was very competitive with the other contractors.  The big thing was, they could begin within a few days instead of a few weeks.

Everything went well. Scheduling went smoothly. One worker came out to do the work and it took about an hour or two to complete. I was satisfied with what they did. They were easy to work with.

They did a great job and I was happy with what they did. They were professional and congenial in our home. They were able to fix the leak which I appreciated. I do not remember any issues with scheduling.

They work they did was very good and I think they did the job well. We were happy when we saw what they did. We were not there at the time since we were renovating the house and it was set up through my contractor. I did interact with them during the initial bid.

Braden is a nice guy.  He finishes project on time.  My oproject was going to be 41200 but ended up being $1800 becasue he wanted to install some metal braces on 2 cracks.  (I liked the fact that he wanted these cracks to be strong, but I didnt like the fact that he didnt estimate that at the beginning.
2 weeks after te finished the work, one of the cracks started leaking.  His work is supposed to have life time warrantry but it doesnt.  I called him and texted him many times.  First he said he is coming over then he was a no show.  I called him a few times again and then stopped calling.
While is a super nice guy, his warranty is a joke as he does not honor it.  Watch out!
Price:A
Quality D: 1 of 12 cracks started to leak within 2 weeks, will not honor his lifetime warranty.

During the cleanup after yet another storm of the century, in which a water pipe into our house cap broke off - and a waterfall
ensued which destroyed our finished basement and much of the contents, the water mitigation company accidentally found a huge
crack behind our fireplace which was still weeping (a week later) a small stream of water.
Tyler Diciolla, the excellent owner and plumber from Lifeline Plumbing (also on Angies List -and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
assessed the damage, and recommended Quick's Structural Repair.
Braden (owner,Braden Quick -hence the name) and Campbell came out, looked at the crack, found some others, and gave us an estimate, complete with reasoning behind the repairs.  We signed on to the repair project, and made a date for the crack repair. We were told more drywall needed to be taken out to follow the cracks that needed to be additionally repaired (twelve!).
The day came, the crew arrived, and swiftly discovered, from removing drywall, that numerous repair attempts had been made over the life of the house (which were not disclosed to us by the previous owner, who flipped the house....another disastrous example of terrible work which we've had to correct since we purchased), but even more troubling, a horizontal crack traversed the perimeter
of the foundation.
Braden showed us the crack, then sat down with us to examine what options we had. We chose to go with his recommendation of
installing a new interior drain system.
My husband and I cleared the basement, and had our wonderful friend Petro Glibka take down remaining drywall, and deconstruct the shelf systems.  When that was done, Braden, Campbell, John and Braden's brother showed up  and started working.
Every step was explained with the same care that they did their work with.
It wa an exacting, complicated, and demanding job- and it was done with attention to detail, and consideration for us on
all levels.
The work was completed in good order, and we've had not a drop of moisture in our basement since, even tho' the area has been hit with successive torrential downpours. Work is warranted, and the warrenty is transferable.
After completing their work, Braden and Campbell walked around the perimeter of the house with me and made recommendations
about water related issues.  As a surprise, and totally at their initiative, they installed a new pipe that attached to a front gutter pipe, and spills out into my front garden. It is supported by a stake as well - a huge improvement to what was there.
Braden and Campbell  were extremely pleasant to deal with - as were the others in the crew. They were also smart and funny.
Braden is articulate about issues and options - never pushy, only proactive.
I so appreciated all his care in making sure we were informed every step of the way. I will use them again - since I think the garage needs an intervention - and highly recommend this excellent company.

Same day response to schedule the initial inspection. He spent 30 minutes removing my old seal and paint to conduct a thorough assessment of the crack. He explained detail how he was going to fox and with what materials. After everything was dry, I called him back to do the actual repair. He was very prompt. He didn't mind that I watched him seal the entire crack in the wall. He was professional and I would recommend him to others.

The project went very well.  I've talked to a number of professionals over the years about where the water could be coming in and what the best way to fix it would be.  They all had very expensive, very invasive ideas - but Quick came out, assessed the situation, helped me find the crack and fixed it from the inside with little disruption and no mess.  The fix was VERY cost effective and my next steps to get my living space back to it's orginal condition will be limited!  Quick showed up on time, took the time to explain what they were doing and the assumptions they were making.  They quoted me a price on the phone and stuck to it when they came to the house.  They were professional and polite and I enjoyed working with them.

Branden inspected the water leak and identified two cracks and gave me the estimate.  I accepted the estimate and then scheduled the work.   The work was done quite well and cleaning was acceptable.  He did not accept Angie's coupon and I was not happy about that..
