Joe came on time for the appointment. Competetive prices were quoted for cleaning and inspection of my fireplace and flue.. Both Joe and Chad in the office went beyond helpfull in helping me select a gas log conversion.

Joe came out on time, phoned ahead as promised, did a good clean, workman like job of cleaning out a VERY dirty chimney flue .... Had quoted a price over the phone and stayed with that price even though the chimney was dirtier than expected....explained what he was doing every step of the way - Felt a though we got a very good education as to what was going on! YES, we promise to never let our chimney go more than two years without a cleaning!

Years ago we received an estimate for a chimney cap of over $900. Due to the amount we never followed through until now. Are we glad we did. We were able to get a prompt estimate for a third of the previous one, get the work done and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend this company without reservation.

The gas company said that they didn't trust that the gas fireplace in my new home was put in to code. Jimney came in and inspected it--said it was fine, but dirty. They cleaned it and told me a bit about how to work it. It didn't come with directions. They were great.
