Jiminy Chimney Sweep and Service

This company is OUTSTANDING in their customer service right down to the guys who came out to fix my problem. They were in and out in no time and very polite. TWO THUMBS UP!

Jim, of Jimney Chimneys, came out on time, as scheduled and provided extraordinary service. We are seniors and many times when contractors come out they try to sell us services we do not need. It was just the opposite with Jimney Chimney's Jim. He not only confirmed that our fireplace was in good working order with a few repairs but he carried the extremely heavy fireplace refuse out to the garbage for us! We have owned our home for 3.5 years and never was able to use it. Since Jim fixed our fireplace we have enjoyed a fire in our fireplace every night. It is beautiful! We will be hiring Jim to sweep the fireplace every 30 fires for many many years to come! Thank you Jiminy Chimney and Jim!

We found out that we needed more than just a cleaning. Since we just purchased the house, we decided to hold off for any additional work.

Kim scheduled our appt., informing me that Matt would be our technician & would call 1/2 hr. before coming. Matt was polite, efficient, and instructive in helping us get our Direct Vent Fireplace working. Kudos to a team "doing it right"!

These folks are fantastic! Very responsive. They cleaned out my dryer vent recently, and it took less than 15 minutes. No mess. Their employees are so pleasant and professional. I am a returning customer. They also previously handled my chimney and wood burning stove clean-out, and did a stellar job. Highly recommend!!
