Dave did a great job. Our metal back porch needed a few landings replaced and stairs repaired. He got the job done in one day. I appreciated the communication, professionalism and the price. .

Dave's work was excellent and he was very dependable and professional. All 8 posts on the exterior wrought iron railings of our front stoop were badly rusted. Dave did a beautiful job of removing both railings from the steps, cutting out the rusted posts, welding in new posts, and re-cementing the fixed railings back into the concrete steps. The railings look perfect. The price was very reasonable.

Dave was very accommodating and genial. He showed up when he said he would. We had our railings powder coated (which he subs out), so the timing was somewhat out of his hands, but all was done in a timely manner. Most importantly, the railings are beautiful!

Good work

Dave's a pro. He gave us quality advice regarding all facets of the project and then installed a quality and most attractive railing. While it was a small job, he treated us as if we were spending thousands. After he was paid he was kind enough to come back and clean up a bit of residue at the base of of the railing. We highly recommend him.

Dave did a great job with a repair I needed done. A part of my chimney damper had broken and his repair saved me a ton over a complete replacement, which was my other option. He was nice, I was able to schedule him within a day or two of contacting him, and he did great work.
