Edgar's customer service was stellar. We relocated from Chicago to Boston and scheduling was very tight and Edgar was very helpful with that. Overall service was good and the team was very professional, Highly recommended.

Big Shoulders did a good job for us, on time and detail oriented, they handled some antique dishes very nicely. Reassembly on delivery took a bit longer than I thought but still thumbs up for their overall service. Would use them again.

Very easy to talk to and all in all whole experience felt helpful and personal rather than them just doing their job.

They clean up after themselves. No scratches on furniture or paint, took good care of the surroundings. Took good care of the products and household going in and coming out.

About two weeks ago we used Big Shoulders movers to move our house from the Chicago area to Florida, what can I tell you, I was pleasantly surprised, I was very skeptical because this is not the first time I move and use movers, these people are simply angels, they worked efficiently, quickly and professionally, they didn't even Took a break! If you are looking for a reliable moving company then you should stop looking :) Big Shoulder Movers are simply excellent, I have never come across such good movers in my life, we moved from a four room house and we had a lot of belongings, they worked hard and did not complain for a moment, Jose and the moving team were excellent and treated us as if we were family members, I never thought I would receive such level of service This one, I recommend to anyone who is moving to contact them and you won't regret it!

We used Big Shoulders movers to move our apartment from Chicago to New York, the staff was professional and smiling, they took care of our belongings as if they were their own and at the end of the day we left very satisfied, I really recommend them if you are moving to another country and you are looking for reliable and professional movers!

The worst company/service I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE. During my move, I specifically paid extra to have my large TV professionally packed. During the move, my TV, smoker, and dart board were severely damaged/destroyed ($3000 worth of items). I tipped the movers close to $1,000. When I called about my damaged items, I was routed to an outsourced claim processing company. 3 months later, I received notification I would receive $50 back. Would absolutely not recommend.
