They were little different from previous carpet cleaners and that they did not attempt to clean underneath furniture. I was little disappointed with that respect. I don't' remember the cost. As I recall they came right on time and I thought they did a good job. The fellow who came was nice. I would not use them in the future.

It was great. He was just very friendly. It was a big deal purchase. I did not pay more than that. The price was fair. He was here when he said he would be here. He was very professional. He was a good small talker. Unfortunately, his business is actually pretty far away from my house. So I don’t know if he would come this far out again.

He stated that we are out of his area and our money was returned. I dont' really remember when this took place.

They were excellent because of their service and reliability. They were professional. They did a good job on the cleaning.

Service is always fast and thorough. He is well versed in all of the latest technology for cleaning and preventing mold problems which has been a major concern at my home. I recommend him with hesitation and will continue using his services in the future.

I don't think it was good as the lawn mower service that I had. They fix a leak for us and I think the result was not too bad because there is no more leaking.

Steve was very professional and really went the extra distance to educate me on rug cleaning. I had 2 rugs cleaned and they look fantastic!! You know he knows what he is doing and does not try and take advantage of you and up sell you at all. Thanks Steve!

They process was very smooth. There was a little residue the next day that I had to clearn up after but other than that everything was smooth and performed very well. My floors looked very clean.

They did the carpet cleaning. They were good.

I hired Steve to clean our second floor carpets before moving into our house. Steve is a great guy - very professional and very punctual. He was honest when telling he would not be the cheapest, and to be honest I didn't get any other quotes, so I can't confirm or deny that. He was at my house for three hours and charged $600 for the job. Given that I have nothing to compare the work to, I have to say I was not "blown away" with how clean the carpets got. Some spots where better but overall I was not impressed - maybe my expectations were too high? I don't know. When coloring with my son on the floor in his bedroom the smell of dog/cat urine is terrible - but some would argue cleaning the carpet won't get those smells out - which very well may be true. SO, if it doesn't look very clean and still smells like urine . . . maybe I should have gone with someone for $300 versus $600? In all fairness, Steve followed up with me the next day and I was honest with him and he offered to come back out and give it another shot. A real stand up guy - that's for sure.

Awesome. I called Steve the day before we moved in to our new house and asked him to come out on short notice (the next morning). He made time for me, made it out and got the entire house sanitized and looking great

Steve kept me updated regarding arrival time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He cleaned the carpet with several methods to get it cleaner than it had been in years. He did not leave until I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely use his service again.

The ceramic tile in my house is about 23 years old and the grout was looking pretty dingy and dirty having never been cleaned. Steve of Action Cleaning Systems came out and worked his magic. My grout and tile look almost like new again! Steve is punctual, personable and very professional. He explained everything before he began and cleaned up upon completion. Action Cleaning also does carpet cleaning so I will definitely call Steve back for that job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Steve arrived promptly and we looked at the areas that needed work - everything. I had purchased 2 coupons for tile cleaning from AL. Steve went through each room and assessed the success of cleaning. He was up front on areas that would look better, but probably not look like new. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. After completing the job he determined that the tile work did not require the two coupons I bought, so he told me to get in touch with AL and see about getting a refund.

Steve has been prompt and courteous in every interaction I've had with him. We have used Action Cleaning System several times. They're not the cheapest around, but he does and impeccable job and we like to support a small, local business over a large company whenever possible. Our carpets in our last house were ancient and contractor grade, but Steve somehow managed to make them look good every time. My apologies for the lack of price provided, I can't remember the cost for the life of me. I just remember that it was a bit pricier than some other quotes, though not prohibitively so.
