It took over 12 minutes to schedule an appointment -- the scheduler did not seem to be very organized, and I had to wait for over a week! On top of that, I was overcharged for the time actually spent at my home.

Spoke with Ryan on Monday, May 18 first thing in the morning regarding a home security system. I wanted someone to come to the house and he had to check schedules and said he'd get back to me. It's now May 20 and he never bothered to call me back. Good luck with that business model!

When we finally got the estimate, it was extremely high. The rep added in items we decided together that we didn't need. We were very disappointed and naturally chose to go with another company.

Installed completely new alarm system in large home and adjacent studio and outdoor security camera system They were prompt, had professional installers who worked for them full time (not subcontractors) and responded promptly to questions.

Very good communication with multiple members of the provider's team from initial contact, through scheduling and service. Very responsive and a very good technician for the actual onsite work.

All the interaction I have had with them has been very good.

Our alarm was installed by a different company, so I can't evaluate them on that. Thankfully, the only experience I have had with Sentry Security so far is with false alarms. When I call in a false alarm, they always answer the phone promptly and are very courteous.

After our home alarm was damaged during a storm, the previous alarm monitoring company we used was difficult to work with so I consulted Angie's List. After reading the good reviews of Sentry, I called and they were quick to respond, pleasant to work with and competitvely priced. Two years, and I am still doing business with them.

They did a terrific job with the estimate and their customer service is excellent. Very responsive. After using ADP for many years, the personal service has been very nice.

It went very well. I put it in because of a robbery and I should have waited until I wasn't so emotional. I didn't pay attention to the legal bindings. They are fair I am sure, it is only my needs and ability to pay that has changed.

I reached out to Sentry to get an estimate for a home security system. Melissa Alpert was very helpful. She responded the same day and when I replied with a question she was quick to respond. After a little back and forth as I was trying to understand all of the options, melissa then provided an estimate. The estimate seemed very reasonable for what we requested. We had something unexpected come up that kept us from moving forward at this time but would definitely consider Sentry and gave our neighbor their name.

Overall, this went pretty well. Ken estimated and trained us on the new security system. He was a realist and provided recommendation on what to install (and what not to install) - we appreciate him working with us to find a cost effective solution to give us some piece of mind at home. The system worked extremely well and had very few false alarms.

Overall it was handled in one phone call.

Because our system was so old the newer remote was not compatible. Arnie, senior service technician, searched ebay for an older model. Andy, warehouse foreman, scoured the shelves for something that would work. Carla, office manager, stayed in touch with respect to what was being done to help us. Between the 3 of them, they came up with a remote control that worked. No other company would have gone to such great lengths to find something that was not readily available. Their service was beyond my expectations.

They are very responsive. Their service people are poliete and very competent. I'm confident when they're here that they are going to do what needs to be done and I'll continue to use them in the future.

They sent out someone to fix it and I haven't any problems since.

Very responsive to initial inquiry. Provided estimate on timely basis but took some time to resolve technical issues. Installation went well (about 4 hours) and technicians were very competent, polite and cleaned up well before they left.
