Dan was great. He responded quickly and came out the next day to replace our water heater. He was nice and got the job done in about an hour.

I hired Dan to install a new bathroom faucet for me. After he left, I found it leaked. He said the new faucet I just bought was defective. I bought another one and it's a Moen this time. After he left, I tested it and water just poured down to the sink from the counter. He had to return to do it the 3rd time. After he left, the part the pipe connected to the base of the sink still leaked water. Instead of having him back to fix it, I'll just cut the loss (after already spent $200 on him and so much time wasted to test) and I'll just hire someone else to re-do this work instead.

Came out on weekend when others charged a premium to do so. Advised me on a number of other household maintenance issues for no charge. Was able to complete the repairs quickly for a very reasonable price. Ask for Dan.
