Description of Work: 1955 red oak floor refinished and repaired. Dining room and living room had been carpet covered for years. We were selling our Mother's home and Mark gave us a price and a start date on the spot. As we were trying to expedite the project, Mark was ready to fit us in the next week. Quality had already refinished the floors in my home. His work is beautiful and price is fair. He has an efficient and clean crew and is always present on the job. Cost was 1,200. The floors are beautiful.

A connecting family room and bathroom were recoated for a consistent look He called and confirmed when they would be there for the job. They were there on time, the work took the time frame they predicted and the final product was excellent.

Description of Work: I called and set up my appointment, the guys came out within a few weeks. They were very nice and professional. My floor before was very rough looking and they turned it around to look almost new. I am very satisfied with the quality of the job and will definitely use them when we finish the rest of the house.  + -1 moreFloor looks great, just like brand new. I didn't know if I wanted to deal with moving the furniture and the dust from the project but it was totally worth it. Dust was not that bad with the new techniques that they use.
Description of Work: I had 1,500 square feet of wood flooring that was badly damaged by the previous owners. A lot of deep scratches. Mark and his company sanded the floor, removing all damage, and put four coats of sealer on it.
