Description of Work: I called a few weeks after I purchased the big deal. Due to weather issues, I was not able to get an appointment last year. I wish someone from Angielist would send me an email letting me know the deal was about to expire. After waiting for weather to get better, I forgot to set another appointment. I logged into my angies list account a few days ago. I noticed it was going to expire. Then I called and didn't get a response for two days. Then I emailed and finally the contractor sent me an email requesting for me to get my money back. It was just a huge waste of time.
