Working with Georgetown Decks was easy and the work was done beautifully! In the span of a week, they pulled down the existing decking and built a gorgeous deck with lighting. From Corey to Tom and the two builders, everyone was professional and good at keeping us informed of where things were at. Cost was as quoted and the builders kept things tidy every night. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and quality work!

All of the Georgetown staff were very professional. We received quotes from other companies but the Georgetown quote included little things that made a difference.like landscape fabric and stone underneath the deck. There was an issue with the plat a survey that we provided Georgetown, but Corey worked with the village for several days and resolved the issue. The project only took two and a half days, which is a testament to the experience of the Georgetown's staff.

I contacted Cory at Georgetown Decks in mid February about a quote for a Trex deck. His partner Tom was out at my house the following day and was very knowledgable about decks and especially Trex. We drew up a plan and Tom said he would get back to me soon with a quote. He emailed me that evening with the quote and 3D images of the proposed deck. I had been getting quotes for a few weeks from several decking companies, and this was by far the quickest response. Georgetown may not be the cheapest deck builder, but they are a Trex Pro Platinum installer. This was important to me and hired Georgetown. To my surprise, they started the project on 3/6 and finished on 3/16. The crew was very professional and work long hours. They asked for my input on a few items which I was pleased with. The deck is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Georgetown Decks!

Very well. During design phase, sales rep offered to check with the local village to determine if the deck could be made larger. Turns out he was right. New deck is about 40% larger than former deck. Job was finished in four days. Father and son team did excellent work. I love the look of the new deck and highly recommend the company. Trex is more expensive than cedar, but much less maintenance and has a 25-year no-fade guarantee.

I consider myself a very demanding customer and Georgetown Decks met or exceeded my expectations but why wouldn't I be happy. Both Tom and Corey quickly responded to my every question (which were numerous), suggested design changes which lowered the cost, built the deck on schedule, had excellent attention to detail, and followed up to make sure I was happy. The end result was an over 540 sf elevated composite deck with lighting, rain escapes and capping of the posts and beams. The finished deck is beautiful. Also, Georgetown Decks is a TrexPro Platinum builder which is their most experienced designation. They know everything about decks and I would highly recommend them (and have) to my friends. Note: I'm still deciding on landscape pavers for the edging beneath the deck so don't pay any attention to that in the photos.

They even returned to replace a top rail section that had a very, very minor imperfection I found after the deck was completed. i would highly recommend them (and have) to all my friends.

They handled all the permits and issues that came up while working on the deck. I had a drainage issue from the old patio that they helped get corrected as well. Everything that needed to get done was taken care of and the deck look fantastic!

Extremely pleased with the work. Received a follow-up call the same day I contacted and left a voicemail with Georgetown Decks. An onsite visit and quote was received within three days after first contact. The work was completed sooner than estimated. The work was completed with highly skilled craftsmen and the finished product is near perfect. Two additional support posts for the stairs were added during the project for no additional cost. The project was completed in less than a week including clean-up. Corey and Tom (Owners) were in contact several times during the project including a personal visit when the project was finished. Highly satisfied with the work from Georgetown Decks and Construction.

Great. Fast and very professional. This deck looks like a picture out of a magazine. The sales representative was not pushy or demanding. I told him what I wanted and he laid out a few options. I am very happy that I went with Georgetown Decks.

It went very smoothly from the time that the salesmen came out all the way through the completion of the project. We also felt that the price was fair comparted to contractors we had gotten quotes from. A lot of time was spent on the design of the deck and the salesman gave us many good idea's on how to enhance the look of it. The construction process went extremely smoothly and was completed on time. In fact once we told our neighbors about the service we receive they also contracted with Georgetown Decks and Construction to have a deck installed too.

Quoted me $50,000, yes fifty thousand dollars for only resurfacing and new railings.

We are extremely pleased with the final product! It adds increased utility to the house as the old deck was rotting away. The porch will let us enjoy the outdoors sans mosquitoes. Tom helped us with the design of the deck and porch, giving us the benefit of his experience. One never knows all of the decisions that must be made until getting into the details. The various work crews were very good at their jobs, with destruction and construction proceeding quickly and rather smoothly. Weather and a large job ahead of us caused some break in the work flow, but that could not be helped. Given the total size of the job, we felt it moved at a good pace. Toward the end of the job, there were a few items that needed some adjustment, and Cory (owner) and Tom were prompt in getting these items handled. Overall, we would rate this as a very good experience; we wish we had done it sooner. Cory, Tom, and all of the work crews were professional and hard working. If you are considering a deck and/or porch, be it new or replacement, contact Georgetown Decks. You will not be disappointed!

I ultimately went with another vendor. The quality of the contact was excellent. They showed up on time when they said they would. I don't plan on replacing a deck anytime soon. I didn't use them at all. Experience was fine. They came out. They quoted. I decided to go a different direction. It wasn't their fault.

very well. the crew was fast and professional. they had some minor clean up issues but all in all a great experience. Tom was very helpful in giving us design options and then very flexible in scheduling. compared to other providers researched through Angies List and otherwise, they were the best option for price to value.

The service went great. They did everything they said they would do. Now we have a really nice, sturdy deck!

They came and removed the old deck, received the appropriate permits, rebuilt and extended the deck around the back of my and removed all of the debris.

Corey and his crew did an excellent job. It only took them 5 days to build the entire deck. Excellent craftsmanship !

Before meeting with Tom at Georgetown Decks, we had met with 3 other companies. We were very pleased with our initial visit with Tom. He was very knowledgeable and even pointed out some things the other companies missed. We quickly decided to go with Georgetown and they were on top of everything right away. From the time of the initial meeting to the end of the build and inspection, they were very professional and answered all questions quickly.
