Description of Work: I needed new insulation in my attic in a bad way. Bob was very straightforward and well priced. I went from 1-4 inches left of insulation to 16 inches and the difference is amazing! My heater runs less than half of what it used to. I had already replaced my AC and Furnace, but until Bob replaced my attic insulation I was still inefficient. I would recommend North Short Insulation for any insulating job needed. Also if you are trying to fix your utility bills, go with insulation first. I should have, it is much cheaper than windows or AC/Furnace replacement.

After they inspected my roof and attic they indicated my air flow as fine and recommended additional insulation in my attic to help with the heat upstairs. They performed this service and now the upstairs bedrooms are much cooler.

Description of Work: I scheduled the installation of an attic fan. however the company does not install attic fans if there is a cedar shake roof involved. Bob was very friendly and helpful. I sent him pictures of my roof and he was very responsive.

Since my attic is almost exactly that size, I got professional installation pretty much at the cost of the insulation itself. You can't beat that deal. | |The work itself was superb, quick, and clean. The insulation will pay for itself in a couple years. I specifically purchased in January so I could see the transition from the old to the new on my gas bill, and it was substantial.
