In one word "WOW". Meet John on Thursday at the Mendota corn fest. He sent someone to my house right there on the spot. Johns team came the very next day and took down the old gutters and replaced them with new 6 inch seamless gutters with gutter guard all in one day. He took what was an eye sore and turned it into a jewel. The outside of my house looks like it has crown molding. The attention to detain was great. On the downspouts, they installed kick outs to run the rain water away from my house, but I can easily remove them to cut the grass and put them back when I'm done. Bottom line, if you are looking for gutters, call John.

My husband and I purchased our "older, fixer upper" home in 2010. We knew we would need to replace the entire roof at some juncture, however we had no idea that there was actually 6 layers of shingle on the roof. At the time of our home purchase the 6 layers of shingle had been concealed quite well. We recently experienced storm damage and subsequently contacted our Homeowners Insurance. We knew we needed to obtain estimates and one afternoon while working on our basement together we heard the advertisement for "Elite Seamless Gutters" on the radio. We had received one estimate and also had another one lined up. I phoned Elite and promptly received a call back from John's wife, Sara and we scheduled a time for John to come look at the roof. John came out within a day of our inquiry, this was on a Sunday afternoon. From the moment that my husband and I met John, it was evident that his quality workmanship and materials, his honest reputation, his word solidified in a handshake, and the complete satisfaction of his customers were the most important aspects of his business. He checked over the roof and gutters carefully and proposed a bid to us. Along with the proposal John gave his word that no matter how the job progressed the cost would not increase one dime. I would also like to add that John thought as we did from appearance that maybe the shingles were about 4 deep. His price was quoted to us based upon that assumption. John guaranteed that his crew would be at our home on Friday and our new roof and gutter installation would be completed towards the beginning of the week. My husband and John shook hands and the only money exchanged that day was the $550.00 down which secured our time frame for the start of the job. My husband and I were both a bit nervous-we were unsure that day as to the exact amount the Insurance company was going to allow for the work- all we knew was that we had been approved for a completely new roof. John was offering top of the line shingles with a lifetime guaranty and great quality 6' seamless gutters- and this was what we really wanted for our home. We needed to make sure that we had ample funds to pay for the quality materials and workmanship that we were going to be receiving. My husband and John spoke about this fact and my husband mentioned that we needed to stay within a certain amount if in fact the insurance check was less. John repeatedly assured my husband and I that he would negotiate with the Insurance company- beginning on Sunday when we signed the contract and all we needed was to provide the contract to the Insurance company and give them approval to speak with John. John gave a guarantee to my husband that we would only pay out of pocket the $550.00 plus our $1,000.00 deductible. Honestly, many times in life when a set of circumstances seems to good to be true -it usually is! NOT THE CASE AT ALL! with John French and Elite Seamless Gutters. Absolutely everything that John promised, he delivered 100%. His crew arrived early on Friday. They were a great group of guys, very nice, professional and it was evident they took great pride in their work and skill. They worked in 100 degree heat and the shingles that were 6 deep had to be removed with a circular saw. Literally, many trips were made emptying the dump truck filled with shingle. I had some wood in the backyard that I had wanted my husband to get rid of and they even allowed us to put that in the truck as well and one of the guys was kind enough to help me load some sticks and things in a bag as I had been working on cleaning up our yard with my own projects, preparing for some landscaping. The guys showed up early and worked very hard and cleaned up everything at the end of each and every day they worked on our home. Our new roof and new gutters are complete as promised and the outcome is beautiful! My husband and I are 100%+ completely excited and thrilled with EVERY aspect of our business relationship with John and his team of guys who worked on our home. I can say that we both recommend John and Elite Seamless Gutters hands down to anyone looking to have work done. We are looking forward to taking our business to John for the rest of our home needs going forward in the future! I would like to add in closing, John?s word truly is as GOOD AS GOLD! This is not just a fancy advertising slogan or cliché?. I spoke to John on 8/20/2015 and he had his crew at my house to replace my gutter that had been damaged by a tree first thing in the morning. They were here and ready to work right away. Very friendly, courteous and pleasant to talk to. Not only did he replace my 5' gutter but, replaced it with 6' at no additional charge. hey did an AWESOME job and I am extremely pleased with the outcome!! They had everything done and cleaned up in about a hour and a half! Would definitely recommend Elite!

The contract was only for the installation of gutters and gutter guard but they also replaced about 5 shingles that had blown off during a storm. We supplied the shingles but they did the labor at no additional charge. The job was completed the day after the contract was signed, the workers were courteous and professional and cleaned up all materials before leaving. They were also very conscientious about not damaging any of the landscaping around the house. The crew was supposed to arrive in the morning but did not arrive until 4:00 in the afternoon -- it would have been nice to have received a call to let us know that they were running late. Overall we are pleased with the completed job and have and will recommend them to others.

Beautiful job very professional on time clean job site

I had them do a bathroom remodel. I was very pleased with the timely matter they completed the job. For the price of the job a lot of work was done. I received a couple of different estimates and Elite Seamless estimate was around the same cost as the others. The owner went over the whole job with me to make sure I understood everything. I felt I understood everything that was being done. I am very satisfied and happy with the work done. I even had them come back and put new gutters on my house. I used to get water in my basement and since the new gutters I have not seen any water. I would recommend them to my friends and family for work to be done.
