Communication with the GC was poor... Work was on schedule but missed some major items. Warranty work on the project was never done.

Great communication with Rick. Wayne did a nice job patching and matching existing hardwood after removal of walls. Renew also sanded and refinished all hardwood throughout the house.

Renew Floors did a wonderful job of refinishing our hardwood floors after a refrigerator water leak. Rick responded immediately and he kept us informed throughout the job.
