The quality of the house is fine and the house does look great. However I am disappointed with the company's service after we've closed. There were several items left unfinished that the builder promised to complete after the closing. Some items it made sense to finish last, but others were just overlooked or forgotten. These options were written into our contract and reviewed prior to the build, but the builder just forgot them. It takes several phone calls or emails to get any movement from the project manager. He tells you one thing and then never follows up. After several weeks of this and when the project is finally complete he doesn't even take a look at it. If the contractor did a poor job you have to go back to the builder and start the process again. At closing the builder made this long speech about how they are customer first and want to meet all your needs to ensure you're happy with your house. Since that time this has been far from true.
Description of Work: We just finished building a new house with William Ryan Homes in the north suburbs.
