Flores Fence Inc

Initially a little hard to reach, but there had been a storm so I suspect there were lots of calls. Flores arrived as stated, provided a detailed estimate (slightly higher than a competitor, but it covered more work). He arrived on time and completed in a day. He did damage grass, but made an effort to level it out and cover for the season (it was early spring, very wet/muddy, too early to re-sod the damaged area.)

They were very friendly and prompt. They did a great job matching the gate to the existing fence. I would definitely recommend them.

Quick, affordable and professional. He was the lowest of 8 estimates, (with 2 of those 8 telling me they could not customize the size of my gates.) The installation was done ahead of schedule and the quality impeccable. I have a half acre lot which is not level, this makes it tricky to install a fence. He did a fantastic job!! After comparing competitors pricing I decided to go with Raul (Flores Fence). He came in right below others estimates. Yet, reassured me that his work would be completed without sacrificing quality. He showed me multiple reviews online and that's truly what put me at ease. Now my fence is the talk of the neighborhood. You cannot ask for a better person to do business with!

Outstandingly well. We hoped to have the job done in time to build a deck this Spring. Raul was fully booked so we were prepared to adjust our schedule to be able to hire Raul. When we met to sign the contract, Raul said he could do the job over the upcoming weekend. He explained that he had just put together a new team of workers. We were a bit concerned that the quality would not be the same as Raul's team. When we expressed this concern, Raul assured us we would be satisfied or he would address the areas we were not pleased with. We were so impressed with Raul's professionalism that we decided we would go with Flores Fence. His new team headed by Benny arrived two days later. We could not be happier with their craftsmenship and their professionalism. The job was completed in less time then we expected and on budget. Really happy with the work this company did! They responded to my call right away and came out that day for an estimate and were able to complete the work the following week in just one day. Other than a miscommunication on their end about what time they would arrive to do the work, my condo building was extremely happy with their work. Raul helped me come up with a plan for the gate that was both functional and aesthetic. the work was done well. I was impressed at how committed the team was to working through inclement weather to get the job done on time. Raul and his associates were timely, helpful and never left without ensuring that I was happy with the finished product.

This was possibly the best home repair experience we have ever had. I called Flores Fence on the morning of Tuesday 3/7/17. A rep happened to be close and stopped by that same day. We asked for metal posts instead of wood. He gave us an estimate on the spot. The price was right. The owner then called later and informed us the work would be done the very next day, Wednesday 3/8/17. They showed up as promised and completed the work in about three hours. The service, speed, price, and work itself were all top notch. I would definitely use them again and would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

Experience was great. Raul was responsive, gave an honest and fulsome assessment, showed up exactly when he said he'd show up, and the work was perfect and at a reasonable cost. He could have tried to up-sell me - which would have required me to get another estimate - but his opinion was the rest of the fence was secure enough to leave up for at least another couple of years. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The job went smoothly. The owner, Raul, came and met with us. He was able to give us a quote right away at the end of the meeting. Since we found him through Angie's List, we were able to take advantage of the 10% discount he gives Angie's List members. The cost was very reasonable, and Raul was very flexible in us making changes at the last minute. This is a small company, which is one of the main reasons I chose them. Raul is very responsive to our emails, calls, texts, etc., and was part of the crew doing the removal and building the fence. The only reason I gave a "B" for quality is that the square lattice top was bought from the store and the slats do not always line up from panel to panel (see photo) when installed. If I wasn't out of town when the lattice portion was built, I would've asked them to make sure that the slats line up, which I'm sure they would've done without any issue. My advice is to be specific if you are very particular about little details, and maybe ask for the lattice to be custom built. They are very good to work with, and overall it was a good experience.

Raul was great from beginning to end. In our first meeting with him he helped us think through our needs and provided an estimate with 2 scenarios/options for us to consider. He impressed us with his knowledge and his experience (11 years I think installing fences). We got one other estimate and Raul's estimate was much less expensive, so we chose him. They installed the fence last week and we are extremely happy with it--it looks beautiful and we've already gotten many compliments on it from neighbors. One thing that Raul made clear to us throughout is that he was committed to making sure we were happy with the fence...he is very dedicated to making sure his customers are satisfied. We would definitely hire Flores Fence again. Extremely happy with our fence!

It went very well. Mr. Flores met with me several times to make sure that I agreed with all the details. His workers were on time and they also cleaned up after work. The fence went in exactly to specification. They made sure that it was accomplished securely, and spent to full days installing it correctly. They were very courteous and professional. I could not have asked or dreamt of a better job. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them!

Stayed late and worked into the night to finish this one day job as promised. Work was fantastic. Fence looks even better than expected. On time, on budget and couldn't have been more responsive when setting up the original appointment as well as the day of the job. Couldn't be more pleased with the result. Great job! Perfectly! Raul made sure he understood what I wanted, talked me through what his plan would be, and followed through on exactly what we discussed. He used quality materials for the fence repair, made sure the color matched, and completed the job 4 days earlier than promised. His workers were respectful of my neighbors property as well as my own, and he made sure I was happy before taking the final payment. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Out of the 4 places I contacted to replace our fence, Raul was by far the most responsive. He came within a couple of days to give me an estimate. He also returned phone calls promptly to respond to follow up questions. His price was fair and he didn't nickel and dime you the way the other businesses did. He and his crew came before expected to complete the work and they were very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of work was great and they cleaned everything up nicely. There was a misunderstanding in the specifics of one section of our fence but Raul and his team came back to correct it and did so graciously. I would highly recommend Flores Fencing Inc.
