Description of Work: Dry Otter co-owner, Nick, recently came over to assess a corner of my basement which had some water leaking in after a big rain a few days prior. After checking out the outside and inside of the house and discussing the severity of the leak with me, Nick recommended some "do-it-yourself" improvements that may resolve or nearly resolve the issue without the large cost of hiring a basement specialist company. I can't tell you how much I appreciated Nick's honesty and suggestions; it was refreshing to receive that type of advice... almost like a friend/relative looking out for my best interests. Based on the above, I'd highly recommend Dry Otter.

Description of Work: Put in drain along 3 walls of basement, sump pump installation.

Description of Work: We requested an estimate for a sump pump installation. They called back, made an appointment, showed up on time for the appointment, completed the estimate on site. I requested two estimates due to the construction details of my basement. This was provided as separate estimates per my request. After discussing the situation with my wife, we decided to go with a particular installation. We called Dry otter to set up an appointment to complete the work. They arrived on time and completed the job that morning. We had an issue with the controls, they returned that morning and helped us resolve that issue. All in all we were pleased with the installation and service.
