Contacted customer service and requested quotation for a front windshield. The customer service representative was courteous, professional and responsive. After providing the quotation, I indicated that I would shop around and if Aaron's price was competitive I would call back and make an appointment. I completed my research for price quotations and my Better Business Bureau search and decided to use their services.
I contacted the customer service representative previously talked to and schedule a date and time for the service at my location. The day of the scheduled service Aaron Auto Glass contacted me to confirm the appointment and indicated when the technician would arrive. The technician arrived on time as indicated.
The installation took about an hour, was done professionally. The technician was courteous and polite. After the job was done, advised me on the thing that I needed for 24 hours to ensure the sealant on the windshield was not disturbed to guaranty a seal. I failed to do a thorough quality check at the time prior to the technician leaving. After the technician left I looked at the job and noticed that the driver door seal was not fully seated in the door trim piece and the passenger side door trim was not seated tightly against the roof.
I contacted customer service that evening after hours and left a voice message. The following morning they contacted me and indicated that the technician would be arriving within the hour to perform any rework that was required. The technician who had done the original worked arrived on time and showed a positive attitude about having to fix the installation problem and apologized for any inconvenience. He completed the rework in a timely manner and ensured that I inspected and approved.
I was impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism shown by this company and representatives with dealing with a customer complaint.
