I had a broken window pane that was very difficult to get to, through the attic. Adam came by for an estimate and was actually able to fix it on the spot without having to order a new pane of glass. Very quick, very professional. Window looks great

I found the owner of the company to be a kindly man who threw in a few extra things like weather striping at no charge. He knew my back door repair situation was because of an attempted break in and suggested getting a 3rd lock for extra security. He even fixed a problem with my garage door, at no extra charge, as he said it would just take five minutes to do. He was wonderful! His price was about a thousand dollars less than the other price quotes I recieved for this project. I'd hire him again for another project!

The owner visited my home in person. When the wrong window was shipped, he immidiatley went to the factory and corrected the problem. All the debris was removed and the job was excellent.

Very easy to work with. Also while my job was small he still treated it with a great deal of professionalism.

Ivan the carpenter did a great job on taking down and building seven new stairs,Adam was very professional, ater the railing was to big for my 80 year old wife, Adam had Ivan come out and replaced the railing that my wife loves.. Will use again.

Does good work at a reasonable price. Very conscientious and kept in contact by phone if he wa going to be late. Also followed up two days after he finished to make sure we were satisfied. I would use hi8m again.

My choice was Belmont Builders. Although there was a slight language barrier, you could not top the excellent expertise workmanship by their European craftsmen. The work was done very professionally and in a timely manner, along with the clean up of the work area and removal of the debris. I would recommend them highly and will use them again if any necessary repairs are needed. My rating for Belmont Building is 5.
