They arrived on time. Both young men that soft washed our vinyl siding were very respectful/ professional. They wet down plants around the house before and after soft washing our siding. I was notified when they were finished to make sure I was happy with their work.

Can not say enough good things about this company. We were desperate to get our roof cleaned and nobody would do it. Once I found National soft wash they came right out and did the most amazing job. Our roof looks new! Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

House looked very good when work was completed. Good communication on sales and customer service sides. A bit disappointed with the lack of communication from cleaning crew. They did not explain much, finished job much quicker than sales rep said it would take, and did not tell us when they were finished which meant we could not do a walk around before they left.

They did a great job. The house looks really good. The customer service was excellent through the whole process. I especially want to mention Eddie who was really courteous and professional. He made sure I knew what was going to happen and made sure we did a walk around to inspect the job.

The exterior cleaning was excellent. The house looks great! Unfortunately, there were some perennials/annuals hurt during the process. A company rep came to see me and offered his apologies the day after receiving my e-message. We walked around the property and assessed the damage and within a couple weeks, satisfactory remediation occurred. Hence, the 5-star rating for customer service.
