Description of Work: I found Crack Attack team in Best Pick Reports Quality Home Service Guide. After 4 other big and well known companies failed to locate source of water leakage in my basement and trying to pull my leg, I just called Crack Attack. Cathy in customer service was extremely courteous, understanding, and helpful. Tim was in my house twice to assess a problem. He walked me through all steps and explained entire process of waterproofing of my basement. Estimate and paperwork were completed. He checked everything inside and out and FOUND were the problem was. Crack Attack Team schedule was packed, however, Tim asked me if it would be convenient for me to have job done on a weekend. Tim and his crew arrived 8 am Saturday as scheduled. All areas in my house were covered with protective materials. Work started promptly and crew did not stop till 7 pm. Work was done outside of the house and inside. While working, Tim was explaining everything again and answering my questions. After work was completed, all areas inside the house and outside were cleaned. When crew was ready to leave, my sump-pump unexpectedly failed. Tim and his crew stayed and installed new sump-pump checked it and made sure it works. Tim is a professional, courteous, and knows what he is doing. I would definitely recommend his company.

Description of Work: My basement is finished and it is not obvious where the water is seeping into the basement when it rains. Crack Attack gave me several written options on where the water could be coming into the basement and listed each one and the cost to test each option. During this process I was made aware by the representative for Crack Attack that the sump pump was not working.....could be a major source of water seeping into the basement when it rains. Thanks for the heads up on the sump pump. I had the sump pump replace by a plumber and so far so good.
