When I called, they told me it would take a month for an estimate because of many calls from recent area flooding. From the positive reviews and because we only had minor water puddles, I chose to wait and put my name of their list. Matt came and gave a number of options, reassured us that the fixes were do-able and wrote out an estimate on the spot. Work began a month later. A crew of 8 showed up on time, put plastic up and tarps down to protect our stuff and got to work. It was definitely noisy when the jack hammer cut into the concrete floor, about 8 inches down and 30 ft across. The guys hauled broken concrete out and disposed of it. Laying the drain tile and boards and cementing the hole was done quickly and efficiently. They took time to clean up the basement as well as the area used to transport stuff to the basement. One thing we forgot and it would benefit others if Crack Attack would remind customers to turn off their furnace fan for inside work. They worked from 7:30 until after 4pm and I am amazed at all that was accomplished. Best of all Crack Attack offers a 100% transferable warranty on their work. I definitely would recommend them.

I used the big deal but ended up not using their services further. I needed some other stuff done and I elected to go elsewhere. I didn’t spend any more than the big deal amount. They did a good job. I had to go with a different company because we had to have some other work done as well and they offered to do everything. Their price was fair, probably pretty standard.

The actual coupon was for two cracks and the second crack had a tank in front of it so he said they would charge me $500 to move that tank and then fix the crack.

They were amazing! The men were on time each day and the project was finished in two days as promised. All of the guys on the team (there were six or seven) were kind and courteous. However, we were most impressed after the job was done, Tim realized that there had been a mistake in the quote as one wall was an inner wall and did not need tile installation. He decreased the amount of money that we owed. How wonderful to see such honesty. We would never have been the wiser if he had not pointed this out to us. We could have been charged the initial amount of money and would not have known that an inner wall was included in the initial measurement. Since the project was completed we have had days and days of rain and not one drop in our basement. I'd tell anyone to use Crack Attack!

Completed work on time. No surprises with pricing. Professional and reliable staff. No problems with any leaks since the work has been done.

It was very impressive, they showed up on schedule and were extremely thorough, professional,polite and informative. A 70ft trench was dug and the drainage system installed as well as a sub pump. When done the yard was put back together and cleaned up as much as possible. Driveways were power washed. This was a totally unexpected expense but after this experience it was well worth it. I would highly recommend Crack Attack to family and friends. A job well done!

Purchased deal in April and had to make appointment in June. The day of appointment I was called saying appointment needed to be rescheduled. At this point I already waited a couple of months so what's a couple of more days right? The guy shows up requesting an invoice showing service has been paid for, or he won't begin work. This was paid back in April, you would think they would have that information, a payment to them is what triggers them to call you to schedule services in the first place, thankfully I was able to find an old email receipt otherwise I would have been screwed. Work was done properly and it was done much cheaper than a competitor. I know we had flooding in the area so they were probably overwhelmed with business, but that just tells me they need to hire more people and not make it an excuse to their customers. Overall I would not use them again and pay more to get the job done elsewhere.

The install went well but as for the results... we'll have to wait for a heavy rain. I'm sure that there will be no seepage.

They've been swamped this year. Due to the drought this year and the torrential rains this year, everybody's having foundation issues. Most people can't schedule anybody to get out for at least 2 months. We're most likely going to have them do the work. We're just trying to work out the scheduling.

So far this has been a horrible experience. On April 25 (it is now June 15). We purchased two big deals to have two cracks repaired in our basement. We called and left a message right after our purchase. They called back after several days to schedule the service. They could not come out for three weeks. While, not thrilled with this, we understood because of the heavy rains we had. We assumed they were really busy. A week before our scheduled service call, I contacted them to confirm the date that we had scheduled. When I called, Jason asked if I could move the day up to the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. He said he would be in our area and it would work out well for him. I thought it was worth taking the afternoon off from work to get the work done sooner. Yes, I took time off from work that afternoon and guess who didn't show up. Jason. He had even called my husband to confirm and my husband left a message responding to the confirmation. I called Lisa, Jason and Tim several times that afternoon and the next day. Message after message with no response from anyone. My husband started to call as well and we received no response. Keep in mind, all this time we have had water leaking through the cracks in the wall and we have already prepaid $300 for the service. Finally, a week later, Jason responded to our calls and told us we had been mistaken about the date. JASON, YOU CALLED THAT DAY TO CONFIRM!!! How could we have been mistaken? We rescheduled the service for another day. Jason came out and he could not do the work because the cracks were wet. He told us to call when they are dry. We did as he requested and called and asked for another day once the cracks were dry. My husband's message was returned and he was told that they couldn't do the day requested. He was asked to call back to reschedule. We have been calling for a week and have gotten no response. No one ever answers the phone. We always leave messages. Given that we have prepaid for this service, I know have a strong feeling that we are being taken for a ride, and will never receive the service. Why should they do the work, they've already taken $300 from us.

I chose another contractor, as stated above, only because the contractor was going to provide an additional service at a similar cost.

Purchased a coupon on Angies List to repair two crawlspace cracks. I called and left a message to schedule. It took a few days to schedule work. The company arrived on time as scheduled. He took time to answer my questions. Employee did a good job repairing the cracks and he cleaned the work area before he left. Overall very satisfied with the work.

The worker called before he arrived. Filled the crack and finished in about an hour. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Due to a recent storm, and the location of my exterior sump drain they weren't able to complete the crack at the first visit (there was too much water coming in). After it dried out, and redirecting my sump they came out to complete the install, and fix a second crack that had opened up. They were able to some out on a Saturday which worked great for my schedule. On both occasions they were very professional and quick. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Another great Angies List find.

Several hiccups BUT, its a very old house that is jerry rigged in every which way so I really have a hard time faulting them. They did a good job and I would hire them again for another project.

Do ask for pictures of other jobs. My backyard was ruined within the fenced area.(

I called their number four times and left two messages over the course of a week. When a company can't find the time to return a call...why would anyone want do business with them?

They walked around the exterior of the house with me looking at every inch of the foundation for any cracks or signs of stress using a high intensity flashlight to examine the entire surface especially the top of the foundation up under the bottom of the siding. Inside they examined the basement walls top to bottom, again using the high intensity light to view the top of the foundation to see if there were any issues where the frame rested on the concrete walls. We had previously had some repair work done to some cracks in the basement walls. I appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection and honest assessment that the repair work we had already had done in the past was done well and therefore no additional action was necessary. We were very satisfied with the quality of the inspection and professional, personable way that the technician performed the inspection and patiently answered my many questions throughout the process. This is actually part one of two because we also have a crawlspace for which we bought a Crawlspace Mold/Mildew Fogging Treatment from Crack Attack Waterproofing through Angie's List. They inspected the crawlspace during this visit to get an idea of what they would encounter when they came to do the treatment for that area.
