Came over and provided inspection of concrete flooring and provided a quote for epoxying the floor.

they came for inspection of the basement cracks and did not find any and did not send any reports.

They did a great job. They explained what they were going to do and they did what they were going to do. I haven’t had a problem since.

Even though the village was very particular and inefficient with their regulations and inspections, Matthew and his crew worked with them and us - he became a contractor when he didn't have to be one, which we very much appreciated. He was very helpful and willing to work around the strict village codes we had to face, and we relied on him completely. There were a few problems along the way, but he rectified them willingly. The job was estimated and finally completed by Matt. He arrived promptly, and after examining where water seepage had occurred, explained his findings -- a foundation crack AND a window well that had become filled above the windowsill by 50+ years of silt. We had the window well dug out by our landscaper, and had the Crack Attack Team repair the crack with pressure injected foam. Matt had to postpone the work by one day, but communicated well, and arrived early for his appointment the next day. His work was neat. He explained cure times and after care well. So far, the crack is dry, but there hasn't been any heavy rain since the work was done -- we'll update that when we've had some experience. Also notable was that Crack Attack Team was able to estimate AND complete the work, before either of Chicagoland's "big two" basement waterproofers could even come out for an estimate--and Crack Attack's customer service was MUCH better quality as well.

We were impressed by the thoroughness of the inspection, and once we can afford to fix the few things he discovered we will do so.

I bought the deal and immediately called to set something up to have a couple cracks in the foundation in my basement repaired. I tried several times to reach the company, the only contact number is a cell, which calls are rarely returned from. After 6 weeks of going back and forth I was able to set up a time while my husband & I were home on vacation. we choose this day and made sure we had no plans to leave the house. Our time came and no one showed up, after waiting for an hour we called, and again no answer or return call. We then emailed and the next morning got an email saying that they would like to make this right...blah blah.. From that point we just wanted our money back and everyone go on. It took almost 3 months with several emails and calls to the company to get our money back. This was a horrible experience and terrible way that they conduct business.

Matthew, from Crack Attack, arrived as promised at 8am on May 2, 2013. He surveyed our leaky foundation wall, inside & out, and listened to my sad story of floods in our family room. He was totally confident that he could fix the situation, and we agreed on June 19 as the work date. The workers arrived early on that day and completed the work as Matthew had outlined, summoning me outside occasionally to show me the progress. Crack Attack provided me with a lifetime transferable warranty on the crack repair.

I got a quote for sealing the entire crawl space.

The provider didn't contact me in a timely manner. They sent an automated e-mail promising they'd contact me on Monday (I ordered the inspection on A.L. on a Saturday). When they didn't contact me by Tuesday, I sent them multiple messages via A.L. They finally contacted me at teh end of the week but no reference to my messages or the late response. I wouldn't have had a problem with them taking almost a week to contact me, except they set up teh expectation that they would contact me sooner. Guy came out. For $55 I thought I'd get a write-up. He spent 10-15 minutes looking at my basement. Then he very quickly told me what he thought we needed to do with my basement and handed me a quote for $5K. I had a crying baby, but he kept plowing ahead regardless with his brief explanation of what was wrong with our existing insulation. Once he was gone, I could remember almost nothing that he said. Waste of time & money. And I still don't know what to do about our basement!

August 20/13 Tim and his crew of Jason, Billy, Matt and all the other helpers were terrific. They were tireless workers, comfortable to be around. Tim came up with some innovative solutions for our very old damaged basement walls. The job was completed within a very reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable amount of money. They even cleaned up after themselves beautifully. We were very pleased with this company and I would use them again in a minute if I needed to. Thanks for your giving me this lead, Angie.

It went very well and they did a good job. I didn't spend anything more than the value of the deal and they came out pretty quick.

They did a thorough review of my property and gave me an excellent assessment and recommendations. -

Two guys came out when scheduled, drilled out the crack with the bad fix and explained that the other company hadn't shot the filler into the wall deep enough. The mixed up the epoxy filler, applied it and left the place spotless. I haven't had a leak there since. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they were good. They came right away, I had initially tried to get them to come out sooner, and even if I left messages, they didn't get back to me. They eventually came and did the work and that went fine. They said that it was a lifetime warranty, but they didn't leave the warranty. They didn't respond to probably 3 messages that I left, and I don't know if they will respond, if I call them for the warranty work.

Bob (?) came and looked at outside and inside of the house with downspouts, drainage, sump pumps and evaluated if my dual sump pump / dual discharge pipe solution would be sufficient to prevent basement flooding like in April, 2013. He was friendly, knowledgeable & to the point. Also provided estimate for a new sump pump pit in case it will be needed in future. I will contact him in case I do have a need for another sump pit in future. But his assessment of my current solution put my mind at ease with my current solution.

Matt was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable in basement waterproofing. He spent over an hour with me, explaining (in detail) the issues in our old basement - floor cracks (hydrostatic pressure from below), wall seepage (from a brick foundation), and likely some seam issues (between old brick foundation and newer poured concrete foundation). He then described how the Crack Attack Team would utilize an interior drain tile system to solve our seepage issues. His explanation (in brief) - remove a small section of the lower drywall and the framed baseplate (for the finished areas of our basement), run drainboard under the framing and up behind the drywall/framing to grade level, tuck the drainboard into the interior drain tile trench (roughly below or just behind the baseplate, and then re-lay the concrete, replace the baseplate, and replace the drywall. This may not be the system that is used for unfinished basements (not sure). Comparing the Crack Attack system with other estimates/work proposals we've received, it definitely seems like Crack Attack has the most reliable and protective design. Their method protects the back of the drywall and framing from basement wall seepage too. We haven't had the work done yet because we just moved into the house about 2 months ago and only got a small amount of water in our basement after that HUGE June 25th rainstorm. Our plan is to give it another few months to fully understand how much our basement "seeps" before going ahead with such a big project (...though Crack Attack was on the more affordable end of the estimates we received). Anyway, I was so impressed by Matt's professionalism, detailed explanation of the process, and availability to answer questions (by phone after the inspection) that I felt the need to write a review.

I am thoroughly pleased. As far as I can tell the job was just fine. They were very nice people. They were immensely busy when I called them, but previously we had a lot rain and damage in other places, so I had to wait quite a while to get them to show up. But that didn't really bother me. I was not in a big rush. As far as I can tell they did a nice job and I really liked the people. They were very friendly and very quick. They lived up to my expectations. I thought the price was very reasonable. It took me weeks to get a response after I first signed up for the stuff. I realized it was because they were so busy, but it doesn't take much to make a phone call and say we've got your message. That is my one and only drawback to them.

Breakout of concrete 12" from wall around entire perimeter of basement. Installed new drainage system and vapor barrier. Removed and disposed of all old concrete and trash. Provided excellent cleanup before and after new installation and new concrete pour. I was kept informed every step of the way. Workers were extremely professional and punctual. The price was more than fair ... I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

They were really good. I was impressed with the young man that came who was the owner. I did recently call them again and spoke with someone else. However, I didn't end up using them because they couldn't come soon enough.
