Description of Work: Crack Attack Waterproofing Team filled a crack in the basement.

Description of Work: Prompt response to my call. However their solution was not what I was looking for. I wanted the leaks to stop ( I expected repairs to exterior drainage) and they provide service requiring trenching basement floors and building barriers inside the basement walls to divert the water flow. Unacceptable.

Description of Work: My outside spigot was leaking out of the top. I wasn't sure if I needed to have it replaced (thereby breaking through a wall) or just repaired. He was able to repair and gave me the repair kit information just in case it needed bo be repaired again. He was able to work around my schedule and actually was here early so that if he were able to fix it, he could still attend to his other appointments.

Description of Work: A few scheduling conflicts which should be expected the week after floods. Completed work as specified. Would use again.

Description of Work: They filled 2 full cracks in basement foundation. No drilling done which was nice. Basically it was a hard foam that was shot into the crack and when it dried it expanded and filled. So far so good its been about a week. Good price

Description of Work: this was a good experience The work was to epoxy a couple of problem cracks. Time and care was taken to repair the cracks and he professionally attended to the cracks. He also gave us many good tips and said to keep in touch if any problems came up.

Description of Work: First we left several messages which were not returned, when we finally got a call back, they stated that there was no way they could get to us before sonmetime in June. We need someone ASAP due to water coming in through the foundation. I spoke to A Customer Service rep at Angie's list and they could not find us another provider that would honor the Big Deal we purchased, that is why we are requesting a refund.

Description of Work: We purchased a big deal for this company for a waterproofing inspection. We were pleased with the value for the price we paid. The employee we dealt with was professional and responsive and clearly knowledgeable in waterproofing homes. This inspection was great for anyone who might have a few areas of concern you'd like to get checked out by a professional. The inspection was based primarily on where we directed attention as opposed to being a thorough physical inspection of every possible area where there could be problems. Overall, this inspection gave us peace of mind and helped us prioritize our projects related to waterproofing our home.

Description of Work: I had 2 basement concrete wall cracks repaired One was leaking rain water and the other very wide, but not an outside wall. They assessed the situation and described the process they follow before beginning. For the wide crack, a stapling process was recommended to prevent further widening of the crack. There was an added expense of $120, but I thought it was well worth it after the rationale was provided for doing so. I've had other cracks repaired in the past at a cost significantly more than I paid for this repair. For me, it was well worth the cost of the repair. Plus, they were very professional and completed the repair in the time estimated by them.
