Excellent service! Prompt and courteous folks who came to the house. Greg took my appointment and was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. No one attempted to "up sell" me or recommend work that seemed obviously extraneous. They came in and did exactly what I originally scheduled them to do! Also, they cleaned out lots of construction debris that the general contractor simply *left* in the ducts -- like fist sized pieces of drywall, an old coffee cup, and a screwdriver. Not to mention the hair that came out of all the ducts. Ugh! My family is breathing much easier now!

The job went great! I found the company on the BBB website then found the NADCA website and they were listed on there as well. I called to check the price and ended up scheduling an appointment. I don't have a comparison for prices because I didn't call anyone else. They were my first call, but the quote was in the range I thought it might, and they had a good BBB report and the NADCA listing so I booked it figuring they'd be reliable. In the end, I was glad I didn't call anyone else because everything was on time and without hassle. I wanted a Saturday appointment and took the first one they had available which was in the afternoon about 3 weeks later since Saturdays are of course more in demand. The 2-man crew showed up exactly on time and did a great job. They were very friendly and also very helpful by offering advice on which filters work best and how to try to minimize dust from getting into the system through the air returns.

They arrived on time, set up quickly and finished in about 3 hours. They did the job thoroughly and my vents have been working much better. This was the first time since construction the vents have been cleaned and there was a great deal of debris - such as Sheetrock and bits of brick and wood - that were recovered with the cleaning. One hitch that happened and I feel that the blame is equal here, the back basement door had to remain open for the vacuum tubing to reach outside to the large vacuum bag. Since I had never had experience with air vent cleaning, I did not realize until about 30-45 minutes that the back door was open and my cats were not secured. I spent the entire time they were there searching for one cat that had found a great hiding place and would not come out, he was safe and sound and came out about an hour later. For future reference, the workers or person in charge should remind owners of pet flight risk so the pets can be contained.

Actually Greg was referred by another firm. Went the next day, set up a cleaning schedule for 3 days later. Gave me the price (which was a touch high, I thought, but there it is). His guy came out, did all the work within 3 hours (which was a lot). The previous guy never had the furnace or ducts cleaned ever. Boom boom. Done.

They did an excellent job. Greg came out to give us our estimate and had a crew come over within a week. There was a little problem with the scheduling so they ended up coming one hour late. Other than that, there service has been wonderful.

I am so pleased with this company, and will gladly recommend them to anyone. The two-man crew was right on time. They took off their shoes. They were organized, efficient, and expedient. They were courteous, and kind to my kids & dog. The finished product is amazing we moved into a home as the second owners of a 67 yr old house, which had never been cleaned. After my kids started exhibiting signs of allergies and asthma, we decided to have this done. Already I think we are breathing better, after 60+ years of crud has been removed. The only snafu was a slight delay when a compressor shut down. One man returned to the shop to get a new one, while the 2nd man continued to work by removing vent covers, keeping busy. The short delay was apologized for, and then they worked quickly (without compromising quality) to make up for lost time. Without asking, he also rounded the price down for the delay. Overall, excellent experience.

Greg came out (after a minor snafu that resulted in a missed appointment) and spent a lot of time discussing both the dryer vent and the air ducts. We're going to have the air ducts cleaned after we have our floors sanded, so I'll file a follow up. He was thorough in his analysis of our HVAC system and even had some suggestions to improve its performance. His price to clean the air ducts seems fair and he discounted the dryer vent cleaning predicated on our using his company to return to the ducts. The dryer vent cleaning went well, (although the guy was not equipped to check on the roof to see if the vent flap was completely clean) but he succeeded in cleaning out the line and could see daylight out the vent. I was very satisfied and will use these guys again.

Called Greg at 9:30 am; he came out by noon to inspect and to give quote. Work was done the next morning. Very favorably impressed by rapid turn around. Work was performed quickly and efficiently. No mess left. Very satisfied. Did not check around on price, and maybe could have saved a few bucks, but I was very pleased with service and will use again.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, NEAT, A GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL. I'M NOT SURE IF I PAID A GOOD PRICE OR NOT, BUT I COULDN'T FIND ANY OTHER COMPANIES THAT DID THIS TYPE OF WORK RESIDENTIALLY. THEY CAME FROM THE SUBURBS TO THE CITY. I THINK THEY ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY...THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME FROM A COMMERCIAL DUCT CLEANER.

TECHNICIANS WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. JUST ONE LITTLE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, THEY FORGOT TO TELL ME TO MOVE MY CAR OUT OF THE GARAGE, GOT VERY DUSTY.

THE TWO WORKERS WERE VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND MORE. THEY SPENT SOME TIME PULLING OUT A PILE OF PLASTER THAT HAD SETTLED INTO ONE DUCT. WE ALSO ASKED THEM TO LOOK AT THE KITCHEN STOVE EXHAUST DUCT WHICH WASN'T WORKING WELL, AND INSTEAD OF CHARGING US TO CLEAN IT, THEY JUST UNSTUCK THE OUTSIDE VENT FLAP, AT NO CHARGE.

IT MUST BE NICE TO HAVE A BUSINESS THAT'S SO SUCCESSFUL THAT YOU CAN TURN DOWN BUSINESS LIKE THIS. I THINK THAT IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNABLE TO HANDLE ANY MORE BUSINESS, IT IS SIMPLE COURTESY TO RETURN CALLS TO ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

JIM & TONY WERE IN MY DRIVEWAY BEFORE MY SCHEDULED TIME. THEY WERE POLITE, THOROUGH, AND SHOWED ME THE DUCTS BEFORE AND AFTER SERVICE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WORK ETHICS.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. WE WERE IN A SITUATION HAVING PURCHASED A HOME FULL OF MOLD. WE ARE FROM ST. LOUIS AND I WAS NINE MONTHS PREGNANT. I WAS REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY FIRST THROUGH A MOLD REMEDIATION COMPANY. THE OWNER MADE IT A POINT TO COME OUT VERY QUICKLY, ASSESS WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND GET US ON THE SCHEDULE FIRST THING. IN ADDITION, HE KNEW WE GOT HOSED ON THE PURCHASE OF THIS HOUSE AND WERE LOOKING AT A TON OF CASH TO REMOVE THE MOLD. HE ACTUALLY WAIVED ABOUT $150 IN CHARGES BECAUSE HE KNEW IT NEEDED TO BE DONE BUT WE WERE SO TIGHT ON CASH. THE TECHS WERE KNOWLEGEABLE, POLITE AND VERY COMPLETE. THEY USUALLY ONLY OPEN ONE HOLE IN THE DUCTWORK, BUT BECAUSE OF THE FILTH, THEY ENDED UP OPENING SIX. THEY REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR US.
