They don’t have a repair team and they were booked for at least 10-11 weeks to get someone out to look at it. Called Pella and they came out and repaired the door.

The entire experience with the Window and Door Superstore of Oak Forest was fantastic. Steve did a great job helping us wade through the thousands of options for door type, window design, hardware, color options, etc for both the front entry way and sliding patio door. The product arrived in the time frame they said it would, and they stained the new trim and wood door to match existing woodwork perfectly prior to setting up the install. The installers, Dave and his team were professional, pleasant to deal with and did a phenomenal job. First thing they did was to put down drop cloths and cardboard to protect the floors, and they cleaned everything up when the install was finished, including swiftering the floors. Fit, finish, and feel are all perfect on both installed doors. We couldn't be happier. We will use them again, and we highly recommend the Window and Door Superstore of Oak Forest.

Installer was pleasant and did a nice job installing the door. They are more expensive than Menards and Lowe's but I had them do the job because I didn't want to be bothered with having to bring the door home myself, call an installer, etc. Window and Door was one stop shopping.

It took 2 months to get the doors that we ordered, but that was fine with us. We knew we had ordered quality doors and there were other people who had ordered doors ahead of us. The team of men who installed the doors were very professionable and looked like they were experienced in door replacement. When they were done putting in the doors they cleaned up the area of our front door inside and outside.

I can't say enough positive things about Window and Door Superstore. From the sales experience with Steve to the installation experience with Dave, we couldn't be happier. They were always very helpful, patient and responsive. Steve guided us and gave us very valuable opinions and feedback without pushing us in a certain direction. Dave's installation crew was very professional and were always very neat and polite. If you ever need windows, doors or interior trim, I strongly recommend you talk to Steve.

It was great. I mean from the minute we walked in the store, to the minute they walked out of my house after installing the doors, they were professional and courteous. We visited the showroom first, and then Steve Van Ek performed measurements in our home to generate a quote. Ultimately, we decided to go with another company, but the two were very close. We have nothing but nice things to say about Steve. He was timely, knew his craft, was very responsive, and very helpful. We would have no reservations about recommending his company to others.

They did an excellent job. They were the most reasonable in terms of price. Since the product was coming from Marvin all the quotes i got were for essentially the same product. The installer did an excellent job. Plan to use again when i replace front doors of my house.

I had previously purchased an entry door from this company 14 years ago when I built my home. I returned to this store not even knowing if they were still in business. They were and that ttypically is a good sign. The salesperson was extremely helpful and we were easily able to pick out a door and a storm/screen door plus all the hardware. We were told the order would take about 5 weeks. I believe the order took slightly longer but once received I was contacted and installation was scheduled. Installation crew of 2 men went very smoothly and the workmanship was very good. I could not find anything to have issue with. Based on this experience and my last I would consider them in the future.

The store was full of examples of the products so we would see what we were purchasing. The salesman was knowledgable and answered all of my questions. The installers were professional and punctual and did a top quality job.

They replaced my back door in 2007. I would definitely recommend them. Both jobs were excellent work. They had a good crew and they got the old door out and the new door in pretty quickly because it was pretty hot. They delivered on time and they were on time with their schedule. They were not the cheapest but they were by far not the most expensive. I always get two quotes and I would definitely include them if I do any more work.

Took less than 3 days to complete work. Everything was clean and professionally completed. The work also included new trim around the windows and doors.

Terry came out on a Saturday to measure everything and promised an estimate early the following week. He was very professional and easy to work with. Answered all our questions. After receiving the estimate, we decided to go with another company due to receiving a lower estimate for the exact same Marvin windows. However, we did use Window & Door Superstore of Oak Forest several years ago to replace our front door and sidelights. They did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Following a very positive previous experience with this firm earlier in 2011, the Company was again invited to bid on additional work on our home. 1. Estimates were requested to install a new rear storm door on the house and to enclose the door frame in vinyl siding to match. 2. The Company had previously installed a garage door on the premises which was beautifully done. The same Company was now invited to bid on enclosing the arched wood and metal garage door frame in vinyl to match the garage door. The estimates were competitive and the work was once again awarded to this Company. As with our prior experience with this firm the work was done perfectly, exhibiting high quality craftsmanship. We even called the owner to compliment the work performed by his crew. Thus far we have spent over $17,000 with this firm in total for multiple jobs and would strongly recommend them based on the consistent quality of the work we received. All time commitments were met and the work was performed neatly by courteous workers. We have no prior connection to this business other than being very satisfied customers.

A closed RFQ (request for quotation) was conducted with three contractors for the exact same work. The Window and Door Super Store of Oak Forest was the most price competitive. The owner, Steve, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He designed a custom cross head for our main entry door that was assembled on site and is simply beautiful. All work was done within the time frame quoted at the start of the project and was of the highest quality. The work was performed very neatly with no dirt, damage or dust left behind. We have no prior or current history or relationship with this firm. The Window and Door Super Store of Oak Forest is the real deal. Do business with this firm in confidence. They have delighted us.

The work went great. They installed 15 windows of combination sizes. Their price was very competitive. They were prompt, and they were all good. The quality of work they did was great.

They installed the front door, and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. No rushing or shortcuts. For our sliding door, it was the same crew and the work was great.
