They did a fantastic job. It took a bit longer than we expected to do one empty, rectangular room, ten hours. We would have preferred a larger trim to match the trim in the adjoining kitchen, but we didn't think about that ahead of time.

Installers were wonderful but the sales managers and the "install" managers from Empire Today were rude, condescending and clearly did not put customers first.

I can not recommend this supplier. They have been nonresponsive to issues with credits that are due for work and materials not received. For an $18,979.00 contract they have not processed $2,875.00 in credits and have taken it from the credit card account.

The installers where couteous, professional,and thorough. My only concern was the quality of the trim material. Had I known it was a cheaper composite, I would have gone a nother way. Overal , a great job.
