Hired for carpet and tile install for later this month

When there was a problem during installation I received no help whatsoever. Was told my rep would call and she never did. Had to work it out with subcontractors. Way to many materials were ordered and I did not get reinbursed or even get to keep what I had paid for!!

Robert and George worked quickly and efficiently.

Had options for payment terms.

I loved the worker that come out my only complaint was with the sales person. They were rude hung up on me and didn't bother to call me back and when i called back i was estimate the wrong time frame from when my project was supposed to be completed. I never got a receipt of my project.

Great process from start to finish. Very easy to set up measurements and product selection. Product was as promised. Install crew arrived on time and went over and above to make the custom install amazing. Very professional!

Joe, the salesman, was really wonderful. He brought many samples to my home so I didn’t have to go out, and knew his products very well. He also gave me as many discounts as he could, and was a nice guy and easy to deal with. Wadi and Cesar did a fabulous job installing the hardwood flooring and I am delighted with the results. The guys are hard-working and very decent people. I did not mind having them in my house. I would definitely hire them again.

They were professionals from the sales person to the installers. I would use them again.

It took 5 days from the completion day of the floor to get all of the trim pieces. I was told the pieces were missing after they had half of the floor done.

Professional work. Great response. Only issue was the schedule for install of hardwood floor and carpet by separate sub contractor.

Their customer service is very very bad. They put you on hold for every or until you hang up. Then when you do talk to some one they give you times to come look at the problem when you can't be there! Like when you are at work! Then say we will get back to you and never do! Still no fix for the scratch and dent in the floor they installed.

Their price was the best and the quality of the carpet and mat are great.
