I was not aware of how much I needed to remove from all the rooms. The installers helped me with that and I was very grateful.

I have ask for engineered hardwood Hickory natural but the customer service representative brings to my home samples are ONLY LAMINATE. He explain they do not sell or install engineered hardwood. What the waist of time for their representative trip and my time

Empire installed luxury vinyl tile in two bedrooms. Excellent product and installation. Installers should probably sweep areas surrounding the install before they leave because they tracked debris. My new floors look great!

Installers were efficient and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after the job good.

Installation looks perfect! However, their vehicle broke down while coming to install the carpet on the 1st appointment date. I think they should have called and offered a new date immediately.

Sales process terrific. Great value compared to others but the complete lack of communication between their dispatch center and field personnel made a one day project stretch to three. They left the place a mess with marks on the baseboards and walls everywhere (we had just repainted the house), never even cleaned up beyond a superficial sweeping...of the carpet! No vacuuming at all....

Had to reschedule install due to contractors bringing wrong material.

The installers; Cesar and his helper (sorry I forgot his name) , were punctual, polite, considerate, professional, and hard workers. I would request them for my next job. Thanks!

Beautiful new floors and they guys were done in less time than I had expected.

Overall a good experience. However, on the stairs, there are some minor damages on the wall when the older carpet was removed. Not sure if it was due to thickness differences between the old and new carpet.

Robert was professional and nice. His helper, however, wanted to leave, so I told him to go. Robert needed him though, so I decided to let them lay the carpet down. I realize I can be picky, but I expect people to clean up after themselves. This was almost the case, so that's all I'll say about that. They do know what they are doing, and they do work well together. Thanks.

Good clean and professional. The flooring was laid down without one single flaw. They are a bit pricey, but the service and install was very good.

Quality finishing of work not good. Had to have come back to many times. Sam the estimate man very pushie. Still have new mounding not nailed down. Price to high.

We had wood look tile installed and enjoyed a great experience. From the free estimate to the installer. Would absolutely recommend.
